ክፉት ህዝባዊ ኣኼባ ኣብ ከተማ ኦስሎ፣ ኖርወይ

ብዕለት 28 መስከረም 2016 ኣብ ከተማ ኦስሎ ብማሕበር መንእሰያት ንለውጢ ኦስሎን ከባቢኣን፣ ሰልፊ ደሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ጨንፈር ኖርወይን ዝተዳለወ ክፉት ህዝባዊ ኣኼባ ተኻዪዱ። እቲ ንሰላማዊ ሰልፊ ክብል ዝተኣከበ ህዝቢ ኣብ ጎደናታት ጨሪሑን ደምጺ ተቃውሞኡ ኣስሚዑን ጥራሕ ካብ ዝሰናበት፣ ድሕሪ ሰላማዊ ሰልፊውን ተራኹቡን ኮፍ ኢሉን፣ ብዛዕባ ሃለዋቱ ዝመኻኸረሉን ዝላዘበሉን ባይታ ክፍጠረሉ ኣለዎ ብማለት፣ ኣወሃሃዲ ሽማገለ ክልቲኡ ማሕበራት ድሕሪቲ ኣብ ዕለት 28 መስከረም ኣብ ሰዓታት 2 ክሳብ 4 ዝተኻየደ ሰላማዊ ሰልፊ፣ መአከቢ ኣደራሽ ብምድላ ክፉት ህዝባዊ ኣኼባ ጸዊዑ። ተሳተፍቲ ሰላማዊ ሰልፍውን ነዚ ዕድልዚ ብምጥቃም፣ ነዊሕ ግዜ ዝወሰደ ናይ ምምኽኻርን ምምዕዓድን ዘተ ኣካይዶም።
ኣባል ኣወሃሃዲ ሽማገለ ናይ ክልቲኡ ማሕበራት ዝኾነ ብጻይ መድሃኔ ሃብተዝጊ፣ ድሕሪ ምዉቅ ሰላምታን ቃል ዕንቋዕ ብደሓን መጻእኩን ንተሳተፍቲ ኣኼባ፣ መአከቢ ዛዕባ ኩነታት ህዝብን ሃገርን፣ ኩነታት ደምበ ደለይቲ ፍትሕን፣ ሚዛን ሕብረት ኤውሮጳን መንግስታት ዓለምን ኣብ ሊዕሊ ደምበ ተቃውሞን ኣብ ሊዕሊ ስርዓት ህግደፍን ምድህሳስን ምግምጋም እዩ ክብል ኣብሪሁ። መብሪሂኡ ብምቅጻል ብጻይ መድሃኔ ፍትሕን ደሞክራስን ዝሰፈና ኤርትራ ብምፍጣር ህይወት ህዝብና ንምድሓን ሓያል ቃልሲ እነካይድ እኳ እንተኾና፣ ቃልስና ብመንጽር ዓወትና ክግምገም እንከሎ ግን፣ ድኻሙን ክሳራኡ ከምዝዛይድ ሓቢሩ። ንሱ ኣብ መብሪሂኡ ብኩራት ሓቢርካ ምስራሕ ኣብ ቃልሲ፣ ሊዕሊ ማንም ንዓና ነቶ ተቃለሲ ኣድኪሙና፣ ነቲ ድሕነቱ ብቃልሱ ከረጋግጽ ንዝደሊ ህዝብናውን ሃገራውነትን ሓድነትን ዝመለለይ መቃለሲ ባይታ ፈጢርና ከይነሳትፎን ከይንኸስቦውን መኸላእታ ኮይኑና። እቲ ዝገደደ ድማ መንግስታት ዓለምን ሕብረት ኤውሮጳው ከይተረፉ፣ ንዘይመሓየሽ ድኽመታትን ፍልልያትን ደለቲ ለውጢ ንነውሕ ግዜ ድሕሪ ምዕዛብ፣ ኣብዚ እዋንዚ ምዕልቅላቅ ዋሕዚ ሰደተኛታት ዝያዳ ኹሉ ስለዝዓጠጦም፣ ካብ ደምበ ደለይቲ ለውጢ ለውጢ ካብ ምጽባይሲ፣ ዝከኣል እንተኾይኑ ዝኣክል ሓገዛት ብምብርካት እውን እንተኾነ ንስርዓት ህግደፍ ክተመሓይሽ ምፍታ ይሓይሽ ኣብ ዝብል መርገጺ ወሲዶም ይርከቡ ኣለዉ ክብል ድሕሪ ምግላጽ፣ ደምበ ደለይቲ ፍትሒ ንኩነታት ብግቡእ ተገንዚብና ኣብ ጉዕዞ ቃልስና ናይ ምውህሃድን ሓቢርካ ምስራሕን ባህርይ ከነተኣታቱ ኣሎና ክብ ጻዊዕት ኣቅሪቡ።
ውከልቲ ማሕበር ኤርትራውያን መንእሰያት ንለውጢ ኦስሎን ከባቢኣን ዝኾኑ ብጾት መሓረና ገብረእግዚኣብሔርን ሚካኤል ፓጋነሊን ብወገኖም፣ ኩላቶም ተሳተፍቲ ኣኼባ ብናይ ሓባር ስምምዕ ካብ ዘለዎም ጥርጣረታትን ስኽፍታታትን ናጻ ብምውጻእን፣ ኣወንታዊ ሓሳባት ብምውናንን ንጥርናፈን ምውህሃድን ደለይቲ ለውጢ ዝኾኑ ሓይልታት ኩሎም ዘቀላጥፍ ናይ ሓባር ሽማገለ ክምዝዙ ጸዊዖም። 
ሓያለይ ካብ ተሳተፍቲ ኣኼባ ብወገኖም፣ ኣብ ዝተኸፍተ መኣዲ ዘተ፣ ኣብ ሓቀኛ ገምጋም ፖለቲካዊ ኩነታት ኤርትራን፣ ሚዛን ማሕበረ ሰብ ዓለም ኣብ ኩነታት ኤርትራን፣ ከምኡውን ብሃናጺ ለበዋታትን ምኽርታትን ነቲ ከይዲ ዘተ ኣጓሃሂሮሞ። ንጽላል ደለይቲ ለውጢ ዝኾኑ ሓይልታት ኣብ ኖርወይ ክነሓይሎን ክነስርሖን ዘይምኽኣል፣ ንኤርትራዊ ማሕበረኮም ኣብ ኦስሎ ኣብኡ ዓሲልና ክነበርትዖን ክነስርሖን ዘይምኽኣል፣ መአከቢ ኣደራሽ ወይ ብዋንነት ወይ ብክራይ ክንውንን ዘይምኽኣልና፣ ብደረጃ ኦስሎን ከባብን ድማ ኣብ ኣድማዒን ዝተዋሃሃደ ናይ ሓባር ስራሕን ዝተጸምደ ሓደ ሓያል ጥርናፈ ናይ ፖለቲካውያንን በርገሳውያንን ማሕበር ወይ ጥርናፈ ዘይምህላዉ፣ ድማ ገለ ካብቶም ኣብቲ ናይ ከባብያዊ ገምጋም ከም ድኽመታት ዝተጠቅሱን፣ ንምፍዋሶምን ምሕያሎምን ስምምዓት ዝተገብረሎምን ነጥብታት ነበሩ።

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Dear Madam/ Sir,
The human rights situation in Eritrea, in general, and the condition of the Eritrean political prisoners, in particular, has been worsening every time for the past several years until it has become a big concern at global level. As Professor Kjetil Tronvoll, a Norwegian human rights activist has aptly described it in his booklet on human rights in Eritrea (1991-2009), what prevails in that country since 1991 is a prison-like situation of a people in a siege. The endless and ever increasing exodus of people out of Eritrea is a concrete evidence for the truth of this expression. At this epoch, it is difficult to imagine for an entire nation to live for 25 long years under total deprivation and gross violation of the very basic human and political rights. Needless to say, Eritreans have been and are condemned by their own regime to live without any civil and political space one can think of: no national constitution, no national elections, no independent judiciary, no freedom of expression, no freedom of association, no freedom of religion, no freedom of mobility .. the list of no's is endless.
Only to stress, all the economic and political power is dominated by the small clique in the so-called People's Front for Democracy and Justice (PFDJ). The unjustifiable covers used to justify absolute control of economic and political life of the people include "nation-building, internal security, stability, national unity and the protection of state sovereignty." In a word, the present and the future of the nation has been stolen - especially of its young generation, who had been hijacked by the illegitimate regime and forced to indefinite service (forced labour) nowadays being rightly equated with modern-day slavery.
The erroneous policies of the repressive regime in Asmara, including its meaningless 'self-reliance', have brought the disaster we are witnessing in Eritrea today. The only areas where the regime excelled are inhumane treatment of its own people, and building over 360 prisons where tens of thousands languished for years, and many died of bad treatment. Since the territorial 'liberation' of the country, persons with different opinion, especially those thought to be influential to mobilize people such as senior cadres of its own and from the opposition camp, religious leaders, human rights activists, journalists, nationalistic singers, and a number of other recognized individual in the society have been kept in prisons for decades, or just disappeared.
Some reliable information from prison escapees and ex-members of prison staff discloses that many of the detainees lost their lives and others are paralyzed physically and mentally because of torture, inhumane living conditions, including inadequate food, water, health services.
As the main objectives of the Amnesty International Norge are seeking the release of political prisoners to upholding the whole spectrum of human rights, bringing torturers to justice, change oppressive laws, and free people jailed just for voicing their opinion including ensuring humane treatment and conditions of detention for all detainees regardless of the reasons for their arrest and detention and to alleviate the suffering of their families, particularly by facilitating communication between detainees and their relatives, we the Eritrean community in Norway, therefore, wish to remind your esteemed organization to take the necessary measure to help change the situation of Eritrean prisoners and their distress of their families.
Dear Madam/ Sir,
Through this modest memorandum, we once more wish to request the Amnesty International Norge to redouble its efforts in playing a tangible role in:
Ø Helping stop torture and other forms of ill-treatment up on all Eritrean prisoners;
Ø Release of all prisoners of conscience without conditions;
Ø Address the ongoing disappearance of Eritreans and their incommunicado imprisonment;
Ø Improvement of conditions of detention as regards food, water and health services Including an end to prolonged solitary confinement;
Ø Effective legal process so that people can challenge their detention and treatment.
Ø Independent Monitoring bodies make regular visits to detention places.
Ø Rapid and regular access to lawyers, doctors and relatives.
Ø
Ø Restoring the right of family visitations to Eritrean prisons;
Ø To ensure respect for legal safeguards and
Ø Facilitate the release of the detainees and their return to their society.
Finally, we believe that the Amnesty International Norge, in cooperation with fraternal organizations like the International Amnesty, concerned Norwegian and Eritrean authorities, the Norwegian Red Cross and ICRC and other non-governmental organizations, would bring change in the life and condition of the Eritrean prisoners.

ብምቅጻል እቲ ጉጅለ፣ ኣምነስትይ ኢንተርናሽናል ኖርወይ፣ ምስ ኩሎም ዝምልከቶም ኣህጉራውያንን ከባብያውያንን ኣካላት ተወሃሂዱ ብምስራሕ፣ ደሃይ ናይዞም ን10ተታት ዓመታት ሃለዋቶም ዝጠፍአ ናይ ፖለቲካ እሱራትን ስድራቤታቶምን ክገብርን፣ ንምፍትሖምን ብስድራቤታቶም ናይ ምብጻሕ ባይታ ንኽፍጠርን ጺዒቱ ክሰርሕ ተማሕጺኑ።
ኣቶ ጀራልድ ካዶር ብወገኑ፣ ምስቲ ኮሚሽሽን ምርማሪ ሰብኣዊ መሰላት ሓቡራት ሃገራት ኣብ ኤርትራን ዝሃገቶን፣ ዝተፈላለያ ሻራ ዘይብለን ኣህጉራውያን ዘይምንግስታውያን ትካላትን ዝወሃብ ሓበረታን፣ ምስቲ ካብ ቤት ጽሕፈት ኣምነስትይ ኢንተርናሽናል ኣብ ናይሮቢ ብቀጥታ ዝረኽቦ ጽጹይ ሓበረታን ወሲኹ፣ ኩነታት መሰል ደቂ ሰባት ብሓፈሻ ኩነታት ፖለቲካውያን እሱራት ድማ ብፍላይ ኣብ ኤርትራ ካብ ግዜ ናብ ግዜ ኣሻቃሊ እንዳኾነ መጺኡ ከምዘሎ ሓቢሩ። ሕብረት ኤውሮጳውን ኣብዚ ኣዋንዚ ካብ ዲክታቶርያዊ ባህርያት መንግስቲ ኤርትራን፣ ግህሰት ሰብኣዊ መሰላት ኣብ ኤርትራን ንላዕሊ፣ ብዝሒ ዋሕዚ ስደተኛታት ዝዓጠጦ ይመስል ክብል ስኽፍታኡን ቅረታኡን ገሊጹ። ንሱ ብተወሳኺ ብወገን ቤት ጽሕፈቱ፣ ዝኾነ ካብ ኤርትራን ዒራቅን ዝመጽእ ሓታቲ ዕቁባ ብግዲ ንዓዱ ክምለስ ከምዘይብሉ ደጋጊሙ ንመንግስቲ ኖርወይ ከተሓሳስብ ከምዝጸንሐ ሃቢሩ፣ ንኩነታት ሰብኣዊ መሰላት ኣብ ኤርትራ ድማ ወትሩ ከምዘከታተሎን ምስ ብጾቱ ኮይኑ ዝከኣሎ ክገብር ከምዝኾነን ተመባጺዑ።

NGOs Registered in France and Switzerland Mourn the Death of Osman Ahmed in Kassala

The passing away of Osman Ahmed, an Eritrean freedom fighter and humanitarian activist in Kassala, Sudan, on 26 September 2016, was deeply mourned by two non-profit associations registered in France and Switzerland whose main objectives have been supporting projects for the education of refugee children and taking care of disabled Eritreans and former freedom fighters who lacked support of close family members.
Osman Ahmed served for many years as the director and supervisor, respectively, of the Centre for Disabled Persons in Kassala and the Wad-Sherifey Refugee School near Kassala in the Eritrea-Sudan border. The Association for Disabled Eritreans (ADE), legally registered in France 15 years ago, with branches in many parts of the world, has been taking care for nearly 30 disabled persons in Kassala. The Geneva-based Swiss association for Eritrean children (ASEE, in French: Associaiton Suise Enfance-Erythree) has been supporting for 11 years the Wad-Sherifey Refugee School with over 600 needy refugee children who are taught in Eritrean curriculum and languages.
Soon after learning about the untimely death of Osman Ahmed, the president of ADE, Tesfai Teklezghi in France, and Sophia Ammar, representative of the ASEE executive committee in Geneva, issued messages expressing deep loss to family members of the deceased as well as to the beneficiaries of the humanitarian projects they support in East Sudan.
ADE posted its condolence message in Eritrean websites, while ASEE sent its condolence message to the family and the school through Dr. Habtemichael Tekle, who heads the overall administrative responsibility of the Wad-Sherifey School as president of the Eritrean Red Cross-Crescent Society (ERCCS). In his turn, Dr. Habtemichael also reassured ASEE that he and his colleagues will do all what is possible to continue the work vacated by the loss of Osman Ahmed. Meanwhile, Father Ghebrai Bedemariam, an Eritrean priest in Kassala who used to channel ASEE support to the Wad-Sherifey Refugee School expressed to ASEE his shock and dismay of the passing away of Osman whom he described as a reliable work colleague and "so gentle, sociable and humble" compatriot. During the past several years, both ADE and ASEE received regular situation and financial reports and related updates of their respective projects in Kassala and Wad-Sherifey.
The deceased activist, Osman Ahmed, was born in the mid-1950s in a township near Asmara and joined the Eritrean liberation struggle at the age of 20, and lost his right-arm in one of the fierce battles in the liberation war. In recent years, he suffered of kidney problem but was recently promised by UNHCR to have a kidney transplant outside Sudan. It was while the arrangement of his travel were underway that he suddenly passed away in the early hours of 26 September. In spite of his lost of his right arm and the kidney complications, Osman Ahmed never ceased providing his reliable services to the beneficiaries at the humanitarian projects he closely took care of.

ብዕለት 23 መስከረም 2016 ክልተ ደቂ ኣንስትዮ ዝርከብዎም ዓሰርተ ክልተ ግዱሳት ኤርትራውያን መንእሰያት ተቀማጦ ከተማ ኣስከር ኖርወይ ብዛዕባ ምቋም ሃገርን ምትእትታው ዲሞክራስን ጽዑቅ ናይ ፍርቂ መዓልቲ ትምህርቲ ብኣቦ መንበር ቤት ጽሕፈት ጉዳያት መንእሰያት ሰልፊ ደሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ዝኾነ ብጻይ መድሃኔ ሃብተዝጊ ተዋሂብዎም። ዕላማ ናይቲ ዝተዋህበ ኮርስ ኤርትራውያን ዜጋታት ኣብ ዝሃለዉ ይሃልዉ፣ ኣብ መዳይ ሃገር፣ ደሞክራሲ፣ ፍትሒ፣ መሰል ወዲ ሰብ፣ ሃገራዊ መሰል፣ ሃገራዊ ግቡእ፣ ቁዋም፣ ወዘተ ኣብ ዝብሉ ኣምራት ሓቀኛን ብቁዕን ኣፍልጦ ብምውናን፣ ተሳትፎኦም ኣብ ጉዳይ ሃገር ከም ዘዕዝዙ ንምግባር እዩ።
ተሳተፍቲ ናይዚ ሓጺር ኮርስ ኣብ መወዳእታ፣ በቲ ዝተዋህቦም ኮርስ ዕግበቶም ድሕሪ ምግላጽ፣ ንብድሕሪ ሕጅውን እንተኾነ፣ ዝከኣል እንተኾይኑ እዚ ኮርስዚ እንተ ወሓደ ኣብ ነፍሲ ወከፍ 6 ወርሒ ሓደ ግዘኢ ክወሃቦም፣ ንሳቶም ድማ ግቡእ ምድላዋት ገይሮም ክጸንሑን ብመንገዲ መራኸቢ ብዙሃን ገሮም ዝያዳ ክጥርነፉ ከምዝኽእሉ ሓቲቶም። ወሃቢ ኣስተምህሮ ብጻይ መድሃኔ ብወገኑ፣ ኣብ ዝኾነ ግዜ ድልው ምዃኑ ብምሕባር ንተበግሶኦም ኣተባቢዑ።
እቲ ኮርስ ብክለሰ ሓሳብን ብግብርን ዝወሃብ ኮይኑ፣ ብመሰረት ራፍቶ ዝበሃል ንዕብየት ደሞክራስን ሰብኣዊ መሰላትን ኣብ ኣብ ዓለምና ዝሰርሕ ዘይምንግስታዊ ኖርወጃዊ ትካል ብዝሃቦ ስልጠናን መሳርሕን ዝተሰነየ እዩ። ትካል ራፎት ኣብ ዕለታት 18 ን 19 ሰነ 2016 ካብ ዝተፈላለያ ከተማታት ኖርወይ ንዝተኣከቡ ብጻይ መድሃኔውን ዝርከቦም 13 ኤርትራውያን መንእሰያት ናይዚ ትምህርቲዚ ጽዑቅ ናይ ክልተ መዓልቲ ስልጠና ከምዝሃበን፣ ኣኣብ ከባቢኦም ተመሊሶም ነዚ ዝቀሰምዎ ትምህርቲ ከካፍሉ ዕዮ ሂቡ ከም ዝሰደዶምን ዝዝከር እዩ።

ተጋዳላይ ዑስማን ኣሕመድ መሓመድ ፡ ብዝሓደሮ ሕማም፡ ብ26 መስከረም 2016 ሰዓት 1፡00 ናይ ንግሆ፡ ኣብ ከሰላ ካብ’ዛ ዓለም ተፈልዩና። መስዋእቲ ደኺመ ዘይፈልጥ፡ ብትዕግስቱን ጠባዩን ንኡድ ተጋዳላይ ዑስማን ኣሕመድ፡ ንቤተ-ሰቡን ኣባሉ ንዝዀነ ሰልፊ ዲሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራን (ሰዲህኤ) ዓቢ ክሳራ ኢዩ። ስለ’ዚ ድማ’ዩ ሰዲህኤ ብመስዋእቲ ተጋዳላይ ዑስማን ኣሕመድ መሪር ሓዘንን ስንባደን እተሰምዖ።
ስውእ ዑስማን፡ ነፍሱ ይምሓር፡ ኣብ 1956 ዓ.ም. ኣብ እምባደርሆ ተወሊዱ።ወዲ ዕስራ ዓመት እንከሎ ድማ፡ ብግንቦት 1976 ምእንቲ ሃገራዊ ናጽነት ኤርትራ ንኽጋደል ኣብ ተጋድሎ ሓርነት ኤርትራ (ተሓኤ) ተሰሊፉ። ኣባል በጠሎኒ 669 ኢዩ ነይሩ። ብ1978 ዓ.ም፥ ተሓኤ ሓራ ዘውጻአን ከተማታት ንምሓዝ ብደርጊ ዝተኻየደ ዳግመ-ወራር፣ ኣብ መረብ ድሕሪ ናይ ወርሕን ፈረቓን ዝወሰደ ምክልኻል፡ ዓድ ዃላን መንደፈራን ሒዙ ንዓረዛ ክወርድ እንከሎ ኢዩ ስውእ ዑስማን ኣብ ዓደ-በዛ ተወጊኡ።
ስውእ ዑስማን፡ ኣብ ርእስ’ቲ ኣብ ዝተፈላለዩ ቦታታት እተኻፈሎምውግኣት ዘጋጠሞ መቝሰልቲ፡ እቲ ዝኸበደ ንየማናይ ኢዱ፡ ካብ መንኵቡ ዝፈለየ ውግእ ማይ ምነ ኢዩ ነይሩ። ምስ’ዚ ኵሉ ግን፡ ካብ ቃልስን ገድልን ጠሪሱ ተፈልዩ ኣይፈልጥን ኢዩ። ዋላ ኣብ’ዚ ዳሕረዋይ ዓመታት፡ ብሕማም ናይ ክልቲአን ከላሊቱ ይሳቐ እኳ እንተነበረ፡ ኣብ ገድላውን ማሕበራውን ዕማማቱ ፈጺሙ ጕድለት ኣየርኣየን። ብኣንጻሩ እኳ ደኣ፡ ኣብ ቤት ትምህርቲ ስደተኛታት ወድሸሪፈይ ከም ኣባል ምምሕዳርን መምህርን፡ ኣብ መደበር ኣካለ-ጽጉማን ከም ኣባል ምምሕዳርን ኣላዪን፥ ኣብ ዝተፈላለዩ ናይ ሰዲህኤ ጽፍሕታት ድማ፡ ከም ኣባል ምምሕዳርን ሓላፍን ኰይኑ ከይሰልከየ ብተወፋይነት ከገልግል ጸኒሑ። ኣብ ርእስ’ዚ፡ ኣብ’ቲ ዝነብረሉ ከባቢ ካብ’ቶም ቀዳሞት ተጠቐምቲ ኤለክትሮኒካዊ ሚድያ እውን ኢዩ ነይሩ።
ሰዲህኤ፡ ንመዋቲ መንግስተ-ሰማይ፡ ንቤተሰቡን መቓልስቱን ድማ እግዚኣብሄር ጽንዓትን ጠልን የውርደልኩም እናበለ፡ ናይ ወሪድኩም ዘሎ መሪር ሓዘን ተኻፋላይ ምዃኑ ይገልጽ።

بقلوبٍ ملؤها الحزن والألم ينعي حزب الشعب الديمقراطي الارتري الي الشعب الارتري ومناضليه المناضل/ عثمان أحمد دين الذي حدثت وفاته بمدينة كسلا السودانية في ستة وعشرونمن سبتمبر 2016م.
ولد الشهيد بضاحية إمبا درهو القريبة من العاصمة أسمرا في منتصف الخمسينيات من القرن الماضي والتحق بجبهة التحرير الارترية مقاتلاً في صفوفها وهو في حوالي العشرين من العمر، وظلت يداه علي الزناد حتى أصيب في معركة تحرير ماي مني إصابة بالغة اقتلعت يمناه من مفصل الكتف فضلاً عن جروح متناثرة في جسده عبر مختلف سنوات النضال.
الإعاقة شبه الكلية لم تقعد بالشهيد عن تحقيق أعلى درجات التفوق والإبداع في العديد من الإنجازات الخلاقة في الأنشطة النضالية، عضليةً كانت أو ذهنية، كما كان من أوائل الناجحين في دخول عالم التواصل الاعلامي الالكتروني بكفاءة نادرة.
عمل الشهيد قبل وبعد التحرير في مجال تقديم الخدمات الاجتماعية للشعب والمناضلين، حيث أشرف في جهد مخلص ومتواصل علي كلٍّ من معسكر معاقي حرب التحرير الارترية بكسلا ومدرسة اللاجئين الارتريين بضاحية ود شريفي، فكان هو المشرف الإداري علي تلك الأنشطة ولسانها الاعلامي البليغ في آن، وظل يؤدي أعماله بجد وإخلاص حتى ألزمه المرض العضال الفراش الي أن لقي ربه.

EPDP Leadership Urges AU, UN to Help Bring Justice in Eritrea; Wishes Peace for Ethiopia

At the end of its 7th regular session on 18 September 2016, the 33-member Central Council of the Eritrean People's Democratic Party (EPDP) commended the decisions and recommendations of the 32nd session of the UN Human Rights Council and urged concerned UN organs to seriously follow up the matter and bring to justice all those perpetrators of "crimes against humanity" in Eritrea. The Council also called upon the African Union to fulfil the responsibility given it by the UN Human Rights Council to bring to justice those who gravely abused human rights in Eritrea during the past 25 years.
Regarding the current developments in Ethiopia, the EPDP leadership felt deep concern about the impact to Eritrea and the region as a whole of any break down of peace and order in the country with nearly 100 million people and hoped that "the Government and the fraternal people of Ethiopia will resolve the problems in a peaceful and democratic manner that can guarantee lasting peace and stability in the whole region.”
The annual session of the EPDP Central also deliberated and decided upon a good number of internal party matters and questions related to the ongoing struggle for change in Eritrea. Full version of the final statement of the session is published below).
Final Statement of the 7th Regular
Session of EPDP Central Council
The Central Council of the Eritrean People's Democratic Party (EPDP) wound up its 7th regular session on 18 September 2016 after holding a chain of meetings which, among other things, scrutinized and adopted executive committee reports that would be shared soon with party members as well as with the general public. Based on the documents it evaluated, the Council decided upon a good number of issues related to internal party life as well as to hot Eritrean and regional questions.
The disturbing situation in Eritrea was one of the issues given special attention in the reports and deliberations by the Council, which underlined the urgency of finding a speedy solution to the heartbreaking predicament of the people. The regular session commended the efforts being made by Eritrean justice seekers and supportive members of the international community in exposing the generalized gross violations in Eritrea, in particular the abuses of human rights, and encouraged those actors to redouble their endeavours for final triumph.
Nonetheless, the Central Council admitted the overall failure of Eritrean forces of change to measure up to the challenges of the hour and expressed the full commitment of the EPDP to do what it can by playing its part to help manage the prevailing differences and clear the path that can open a common platform for joint work. Likewise, the party leadership urged all Eritrean political entities, civil movements and interested individuals to continue intensifying their roles in the current struggle for change.
The session renewed its conviction that the unholy relations forged in the region by the illegitimate clique in Asmara are the sources of misery to our people and affirmed that the fundamental solution will be realized only through the effective participation of all Eritrean forces of change. Thus, springing from its belief in the critical importance of joint work of justice seekers, the EPDP reiterated its absolute commitment in this task. The Council also wished to remind members of the Eritrean Defence Forces and other compatriots inside and outside the country to recognize that their interests lie with the aspirations of the people and not with the repressive regime and that they should abandon the autocratic Isaias clique and stand on the side of their people.
The Central Council also discussed the recent developments in Ethiopia, which it believed can have their impact in the Horn of Africa, in general, and in Eritrea in particular, and hope the Government and the fraternal people of Ethiopia will resolve the problems in a peaceful and democratic manner that can guarantee lasting peace and stability in the whole region.
Being fully cognizant of the uphill struggle required from every citizen to overcome the big challenges facing Eritreans at home and abroad, and, in particular, taking account of the open-ended "national service" that caused the disastrous dispersal of Eritrean youth while trying to escape from slave-like forced labour and other human rights violations, the party leadership renewed its resolve to try to address the problems in conjunction with all interested forces, and called upon the nascent Eritrean youth movements to continue the momentum they started and become positive factors for a solution.
Meanwhile, the Council formed special task forces to address certain key issues; elected in a democratic manner a party chairman and members of the executive committee; adopted future work programmes and urged the total party membership to continue by redoubling their commendable past roles in the struggle.
In conclusion, the EPDP Central Council expressed its satisfaction with and support to the decisions and recommendations of the UN Human Rights Council that identified the human rights abuses and crimes against humanity committed in Eritrea and agreed that perpetrators of those crimes be brought to justice. In particular, the EPDP called upon the African Union to duly address the responsibility mandated to it by the Human Rights Council to bring an end to the acts of injustice that have been going on in Eritrea for the past 25 years.

ኣኼባ ብናይ ብጻይ ዳዊት ሶሎሙን ሓላፊ ጉዳያት መንእሰያት ዞባ ሰሜን ኣመሪካ ብናይ ሰላምታን ኣንቋዕ ብደሓን መጻእኩምን ቃል ተኸፊቱ። ኣስዒቡ ብጻይ ዳዊት ንኣባላት ምምሕዳሩ ዝኾኑ መንእሰያት ምስ ኣባላት ዞባ ኤውሮጳ ብኣሽማቶም ኣላሊዩ፣ ከምኡ’ውን ኣጀንዳታት ኣኼባ ኣነጺሩ፣ መድረኽ ንብጻይ ደስበለ ኣረኪቡ።
ብጻይ ደስበለ ኣብ ዘስምዖ መደረ እዚ ካብ 2010 ተመስሪቱ ማእለያ ዘይብሉ ተጻብኦታትን መሰናኽላትን እንዳበደሀ ንቅድሚት ዝሕምበብ ዘሎ ሰልፊ ደሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ውጺእት ናይ ነዊሕ ግዜ ናይ ሓድነትን ስምረትን ጻዕርታት ከምዝኾነ ኣብሪሁ። ብጻይ ደስበለ ኣብ ነፍሲ ወከፍ ጉዕዞን ምዕራፍን ቃልስን ጻዕርታት ንሓድነትን ዘጋጠሙ ብድሆታትን፣ ዝተበጽሑ ስምምዓትን ውሳኔታትን ብዝርዝር ብምግላጽ ንፍልጠት ተሳተፍቲ ዘበርኽን ዝስፍሕን ኣስተምህሮ ለጊሱ።
ሓላፊ ጉዳያት መንእሰያት ናይቲ ዞባ ብጻይ ዳዊት ሶሎሙን ቀጺሉ መድረኽ ተረኪቡ፣ ሰልፊ ደሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ድሕሪ ምምስራቱውን እንተኾነ፣ ብደረጃ ዓለም፣ ብፍላይ ድማ ብደረጃ ዞባ ሰሜን ኣመሪካ ከጋጥምዎ ንዝጸንሑ ግዳማውያን ተጻብኦታት ብሰፊሑ ድሕሪ ምሕባር፣ ሰደህኤ ብዘጋጠሞ ዕንቅፋታት ተሰናኺሉ ዓዲ ከምዘይወዐለ ኣብሪሁ። ይኹን ደኣምበር በሰላ ናይቲ ዕንቅፋታት ካብ ቦታ ናብ ቦታ ዝፈላለ ኮይኑ፣ ንግስጋሰ ሰልፊ ኣብ ዘገምታ ከምዝመለሰን፣ ንብሩህ ስእሊ ሰልፊ ኣብ ዓይኒ ህዝቢ ድውን ብምግባር ምድንጋር ክፈጥር ከምዝኸኣለ ዝከሓድ ከምዘይኮነ ብጻይ ዳዊት ኣብ መደረኡ ሓቢሩ። ኣብቲ ሰፊሕን ናይ ነዊሕ ግዜን መደረኡ ብጻይ ዳዊት፣ ሰልፊ ዲሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ሕጅውን እንተኾነ፣ ምልኪ ኣወጊድካ ፍትሓውን ደሞክራስያውን ዝኾነ ህዝባዊ ስርዓት ኣብ ናይ ምትካል ዕላምኡ ክሳብ ዝበጽሕ፣ ናይ ትማልን ቅድሚ ትማልን ተጻባእተይ ከይበለ፣ ኣብ መትከል ሓድነትን ስኒትን ሓባራዊ ስራሕን ኣተኲሩ ምስራሕ እንኮ ምርጫኡን ጭርሖኡን እዩ ክብል ኣስሚርሉ።
ካብዚ ቀጺሉ ኣቦ መንበር ቤት ጽሕፈት ጉዳያት መንእሰያት፣ ብጻይ መድሃኔ ሃብተዝጊ መድረኽ ተረኪቡ፣ ንኹሎም ተጋባእቲ ምውቍ ሰላምታ፣ ንኣዳለውቲ ናይቲ ኣኼባ ድማ ግቡእ ምስጋና ድሕሪ ምሃብ፣ ተደላይነት መንእሰያዊ ጥርናፈ ኣብ መኸተን ህንጸተ ሃገርን ብሓፈሻን ኣብ ሰልፍናን ኣብሪሁ፣ ኣስዒቡውን ብዛዕባ ኣሰራርሓን መደባትን ቤት ጽሕፈት ጉዳያት መንእሰያት ድሕሪ ካልኣይ ጉባኤ ሰልፍን፣ በጺሕዎ ዘሎ ደረጃ ምዕባለን ብዝምልከት ዝርዝራዊ ሓበረታ ሂቡ። ኣብ መወዳእታ ብጻይ መድሃኔ መንእሰይን መንእሰያዊ ውደባን ኣብ ደምበ ደለይቲ ለውጢ ይኹን ኣብ ደምበ ደገፍቲ ስርዓት ህግደፍ ኣካል ናይ ለውጥን ወራሲ ናይ ኣወንታዊ ተመክሮታትን ድኣምበር መሳሪሒ ናይ ሓደ ፍሉይ ፖለቲካዊ ስርዓት፡ ሰልፊ ወይ ውድብ ክኸውን የብሉን፣ ካብዚ ኣረኣእያዚ ተበጊስና ድማ ንሕና ኣባላት ሰልፊ ደሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ዝኾና መንእሰያትውን፣ ነቲ ሰፊሕ ሃገራዊ ጠመተ ዘለዎ ዕላማን ራእን ሰልፍና ክውን ንምግባር ኣብ ትሕቲዚ ሰልፊዚ ተወዲብና ለውጢ ንምምጻ እጃምና ነበርክት ዘሎና እኳ እንተኾና፣ ብመንእሰያዊ ኣረኣእያናን ጠለባትናን ካብቶም ዘይኣባላት ሰልፊ ዝፈልየናን ዘረሓሕቀናን የብልና። ስለዝኾነ ድማ ምስ ኩሉ ኤርትራዊ መንእሰይ እንታይ ዓይነት ፖለቲካዊ መርገጺ ኣለዎ ብዘየገድስ፣ ብኤርትራዊ ሕውነታዊ መንፈስ ተሓቋቍፍና ክነብርን፣ ምስ ኩሉ ደላይ ሓቀኛ ለውጢ ሓቢርና ክንሰርሕን ቅሩብነትና ክነርኢ ኣሎና ክብል መደረኡ ደምዲሙ።
ድሕሪ መደረታት መደርቲ ኣብ ዝነበረ ግዜ፣ ኣሃብታሚ ናይ ተጋባእቲ ተሳትፎን ሪኢቶታትን ተራእዩ። ኣብ መወዳኣታ ኣባላት ብዝተኻየደ ኣኼባን ብዝተዋህበ ፈሊጣዊ መደረን ተመሳጊኖም፣ ኣኼባ ብዓወት ተዛዚሙ።

ኣኼባ ኣብ ልዕሊ’ቲ ንጥፈታት ነፍሲ ወከፍ ቤ/ጽ፡ ኣብ ሚዛኑ ቆላሕታ ካብ ዝሃቦም ዛዕባታት ሓደ፡ ህልዊ ኩነታት ኤርትራ ኮይኑ፡ ኣብዚ እዋን’ዚ ኩነታት ሃገርናን ህዝብናን ኣብ ትሕቲ ኣርዑት መላኺ ጉጅለ ህግደፍ ዝነብሮ ዘሎ ኣሰቃቒ ሃለዋት፤ ጌና ህጹጽ ፍታሕ ዘድልዮ ምዃኑ ኣስሚርሉ። ምስዚ ብምትሕሓዝ ምስቲ ኣብ ኤርትራ ዘሎ ኩነታት እንዳገደደ ምኻዱ ኤርትራውያን ናይ ለውጢ ሓይልታትን ማሕበረ-ሰብ ዓለምን ነቲ ጉጅለ ህግደፍ ሓቢእዎ ክኸይድ ዝጸንሐን ዝደልን ገበናት፡ ብፍላይ ኣብ ግህሰት ሰብኣዊ መሰላት፡ ኣብ ምቅላዕ ዝጻወትዎ ዘለዉ ግደ ተስፋ ዝህብን ክሳብ ዓወት ክድፈኣሉ ዝግበኦን ምዃኑ ባይቶ መዚኑ።
ብመንጽር እቲ ህጹጽ ፍታሕ ዘድልዮ ኤርትራዊ ኩነታት፡ ናይ ለውጢ ሓይልታት ከምቲ ትጽቢት ዝተነብረሎም ክኾኑ ዘይምኽኣሎም’ውን ኣኼባ ተገንዚቡ። ካብዚ ንምውጻእ ሰልፍና ኩሎም ናይ ለውጢ ሓይልታት ፍልልያቶም ኣመሓዲሮም፡ ኣብቲ ዘሰማምዖም ብሓባር ዝስለፍሉ ኩነታት ንምጥጣሕ ሰዲህኤ ትጽቢት ዝግበረሉ ዕማም ንምፍጻም ክጽዕት ምዃኑ ወሲኑ። ምስዚ ብምትሕሓዝ ድማ፡ ማእከላይ ባይቶ፡ ንኹሎም ኤርትራውያን ፖለቲካዊ ሰልፍታት፡ ውድባት፡ በርገሳውያን ማሕበራትን ግዱሳት ውልቀሰባትን፡ ኣንጻር መላኺ ኣተሓሳስባ ህግደፍ ኣብ ዝካየድ ቃልሲ ነናቶም ኣበርክቶ ከወፍዩን ይገብርዎ ንዘለዉ ጻዕሪ ቀጻሊ ንክኸውን ጸዊዑ።
ማእከላይ ባይቶ፡ ብመሰረት’ቲ ንሓፈሻዊ ኩነታት ሃገርናን ከባቢናን ብዝምልከት ዝበጽሖ ገምጋም፡ ረብሓ ህዝብና ብከባቢያዊ ርግኣት ዝረጋገጽ ክነሱ፡ እቲ ስርዓት ህግደፍ ብዘይኣፍልጦ ህዝብን ቅዋማዊ መወከስን ዝገብሮ ዝምድናታት ሓደገኛ ምዃኑ ገምጋሙ ብምሕዳስ:፡ እቲ መሰረታዊ ፍታሕ ህዝቢ ዝፈልጦን ብተሳትፎ ናይ ኩሎም ደለይቲ ለውጢ ጻዕርን ቃልስን ዝረጋገጽ ምዃኑ ይኣምን። ነዚ ንምትግባር ከኣ ዝተወሃሃደ ሓባራዊ ቃልሲ ናይ ኩሉ ደላይ ለውጢ ወሳኒ ስለዝዀነ፡ ሰልፊ ዲሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ፡ ኩሉ ዝከኣሎ ከበርክት ምዃኑ ደጊሙ ኣረጋጊጹ። ሓይልታት ምክልኻል ኤርትራን ኣብ ውሽጢ ይኹን ኣብ ወጻኢ ምስ ስርዓት ህግደፍ ዝስለፉን ዝደናገጹን ዘለዉ ወገናትና፡ ረብሓኦም ምስ ረብሓ ህዝቢ እምበር፡ ምስ ጉጅለ ኢሳያስ ከምዘይኮነ ተገንዚቦም፡ መሳርሒ እቲ ጉጅለ ዘይኮነስ: ዋልታ ህዝቦም ንክኾኑ ባይቶ ተማሕጺኑ።
7ይ ስሩዕ ኣኼባ ባይቶ፡ ኣብ ኢትዮጵያ ዝረአ ዘሎ ተረኽቦታት ብዝምልከት ድሕሪ ምዝርራብ፡ ኣብ ዞና ቀርኒ ኣፍሪቃ ብሓፈሻ፡ ኣብ ኤርትራ ድማ ብፍላይ ዘለዎ ጽልዋ ኣብ ግምት ብምእታው፤ መንግስትን ህዝብን ኢትዮጵያ፡ ነቲ ኣብ ሃገሮም ዝረኤ ዘሎ ምዕብልናታት፡ ኣብ ኢትዮጵያ ሰላምን ርግኣትን ከስፍንን ከባቢያዊ ርግኣት ከውሕስን ብዘኽእል ሰላማውን ዲሞክራስያውን ኣገባብ ክፈትሕዎ ትጽቢቱ ምዃኑ መዚኑ፡፡
ኣብዚ እዋን’ዚ ኤርትራውያን ኣብ ሃገሮም፡ ኣብ ስደት ኮነ ኣብ ጉዕዞ ናብ ስደት ኣብ ዝተፈላለዩ ኩርነዓት ዓለምና ንዝጋጥሞም ዘሎ ዘስካሕክሕ ኩነታት ንምስዓር ሓያል ቃልሲ ከም ዝሓትት ኣኼባ ማእከላይ ባይቶ መዚኑ። ምስ'ዚ ብዝተተሓሓዘ፡ ኤርትራውያን መንእሰያት ኣብ ገዛእ ሃገሮም ብሰንኪ ደረት ዘይብሉ “ሃገራዊ ኣገልግሎት” ዝጉልባቡ ባርነት፥ ከምኡ'ውን፥ ፖለቲካውን ሰብኣውን ጸገማትን ተደሪኾም፡ ናብ’ቲ መሰረታዊ ፍታሕ ዘይኰነ ስደት ኣብ ዘምርሕሉ እዋን ግዳይ ዝተፈላለየ ጸገማት ዝዀንሉ ዘለዉ ኵነታት ንምፍታሕ ምስ ኩሎም ዝምልከቶም ኣካላት ብምትሕብባር ከም ወትሩ ክሰርሕ ሰልፍና ቅሩብ ምዃኑ ኣኼባ ማእከላይ ባይቶ ኣረጋጊጹ። መንእሰያት ከምቲ ጀሚረምዎ ዘለዉ ቀንዲ ኣካል ናይቲ ፍታሕ ክኾኑ ከኣ ጸዊዑ።
ማእከላይ ባይቶ፥ ኣገዳሲ ዳህሳስ የድልዮም’ዩ ንዝበሎም ጉዳያት ዘጽንዓ ሽማግለታት መዚዙ። ብመሰረት ቅዋም ሰልፊ ዘሰከሞ ሓላፍነት፡ ንባይቶን ፈጻሚት ሽማግለን ዝመርሕ ኣቦ-መንበርን ኣባላት ፈጻሚ ሽማግለን ብደሞክራሲያዊ መንገዲ መሪጹ። ብዘይካዚ ኣኼባ ባይቶ ንፈጻሚ ሽማግለ መምርሕን ለበዋታትን ከቕርብ እንከሎ፡ ኣባላት ሰልፍን ደገፍቱን ቀጻልነትን ሓያልነትን ሰልፊ ንምርግጋጽ ከካይድዎ ንዝጸንሑ ቃልሲ ኣመጒሱ ንመጻኢ’ውን ጻዕሮም ክሳብ ዓወት ክቕጽልዎ ጸዊዑ።
ኣብ መወዳእታ ድማ፥ ነቶም ብኮሚሽን ምርመራ ሰብኣዊ መሰላት ሕቡራት ሃገራት ዝተለለዩ ግህሰታት ሰብኣዊ መሰላት፡ እንተላይ እቶም ብገበን ኣንጻር ሰብኣውነት ከኽስሱ ዝኽእሉ ጸብጻባትን ለበዋታትን ግቡእ ምክትታል ክግበረሎምን ነቶም ፈጸምቶም ድማ ናብ ሕጊ ንምቕራብ ባይቶ ሰብኣዊ መሰላት ሕቡራት ሃገራት ዝገበሮ ምሕጽንታ ብምዝካር፡ 7ይ ኣኼባ ማእከላይ ባይቶ ደገፉ ገሊጹ። ብፍላይ ከኣ ሕብረት ኣፍሪቃ ብመሰረት ውሳኔ ባይቶ ሰብኣዊ መሰላት ነቲ ን25 ዓመታት ኣብ ኤርትራ ክግሃድ ዝጸንሐ ከቢድ ግህሰታት ሰብኣዊ መሰላት ፍትሓዊ መደምደምታ ክረኽበሉ ማእከላይ ባይቶ ሰዲህኤ ብትሪ ተማሕጺኑ።

Swiss Authorities Start Considering Ways of Dealing With the Asmara regime and Refugees

For several years now, hardly a week passes without the Swiss press covering Eritrea in the German, French and Italian dailies or weeklies. Yesterday, 19 September, was the turn of the Tribune de Genève 2 to write an Eritrea-related story involving the Swiss Parliament's Commission on Administration whose deliberations, always kept confidential, were on how negotiations with the Asmara regime could be realized on the basis of the 13 September decision of the 200-member Swiss National Council (lower house).
Proposed by the right-wing Liberal Radical party, the decision of the National Council, which still requires action by the senate (the Council of States) intends to start negotiations with the Eritrean regime. The aim is for Switzerland to provide funds for "development projects" in Eritrea if the regime agrees 1) to respect human rights by taking concrete measures like allowing visitations to prisoners in the country, and 2) readmit international organizations to work in Eritrea.
The Tribute de Genève reporter speculated that the administrative commission could have discussed not only how the difficult negotiations with Eritrea could be handled but also on what could be done with Eritrean asylum seekers who are refused political protection Switzerland. It said many of them can be returned to Eritrea, and those allowed to stay in Switzerland would be able to travel out only after notifying to Swiss authorities their destinations.
However, it is widely reported that the Swiss minister for foreign affairs, Mr. Didier Burkhalter, affirming that there is no hope of succeeding in any negotiation with the Asmara regime based on the conditions decided by the Swiss parliament.

ንነዊሕ ግዜ ኣብቲ ብዝተፈላለዩ ቋንቋታት ዝሕተም፡ መዓልታዊ ኮነ ሰሙናዊ ሕትመታቱ ብዛዕባ ኤርትራ ምጥቅስ ኣቋሪጹ ዝነበረ ናይ ስዊስ ፕረስ ኣብ ናይ 19 መስከረም 2016 ሕታም ጀነቫ ትሪቡን ንኤርትራ ዝምልከት ጽሑፍ ኣውጺኡ። ኣብዚ ጽሑፉ እቲ ዘተኡ ብምስጢር ዝተሓዝ ምምሕዳራዊ ኮሚሽን ፓርላማ ስዊስ፡ ብመሰረት ናይ 13 መስከረም ናይቲ 200 ኣባላት ዘለዉዎ ሃገራዊ ባይቶ ስዊስ ውሳነ ምስ መንግስቲ ኤርትራ ዝግበር ዘተ ብኸመይ ከም ዝተሓዝ ዝምልከት እዩ።

ሕሉፍ የማናዊ ዓቃባዊ ሰልፊ ብዝኣመሞ ውሳነ ሃገራዊ ባይቶ፡ እንተኾነ ብናይታ ሃገር ሰኔት ክጸድቕ ብዝግበኦ መደብ መሰረት ምስ መንግስቲ ኤርትራ ናይ ምዝታይ መደብ ኣሎ። ዕላማ ናይቲ ዘተ መንግስቲ ኤርትራ እንተደኣ፡ 1) ክሳብ ምብጻሕ እሱራት ኣብ ኤርትራ ዘጠቓልል ሰብኣዊ መሰል ኣኽብር ዕቱብ ስጉምቲ ወሲዱ። 2) ዓለም ለኻዊ ትካላት ኣብ ኤርትራ ክሰርሓ ምፍቃድ ዝብሉ፡ ቅድመ-ኩነታት ተቐቢሉ ንናይ ልምዓት መደባት ዝውዕል ገንዘባዊ ሓገዝ ንምፍቃድ እዩ።
ናይ ትሪቡን ደጀነቨ ሪፖርተር፡ እቲ ምምሕዳራዊ ኮሚሽን ብዛዕባቲ ኣጸጋሚ ርክብ ምስ መንግስቲ ኤርትራ ከመይ ከም ዝተሓዝ ጥራይ ዘይኮነ፡ ብዛዕባቶም ኣብ ስዊዘርላንድ ፖለቲካዊ ዕቑባ ሓቲቶም ተኸሊኦም ዘለዉ ስደተኛታት’ውን ተዛሪቡ ከም ዝኸውን ግምቱ ግምቱ ገሊኡ ኣሎ። ኣቲ ንስደተኛታት ኣብ ዝምልከት ተዘትይሉ ይኸውን ዝተባህለ ጉዳይ፡ መብዛሕትኦም ስደተኛታት ናብ ኤርትራ ክምለሱ፡ እቶም ኣብ ስዊዘርላንድ ክጸንሑ ዝተፈቕደሎም ድማ ክገሹ እንከለዉ ኣቐዲሙም ናበይ ከም ዝኸዱ ንሰበስልጣን ናይታ ሃገር ከፍልጡ ዝብል እዩ።
ምስዚ ኩሉ ግና ናይ ስዊስ ሚኒስተር ወጻኢ ጉዳይ ኣቶ ዲደር ቡርክሃልተር ብመሰረ’ቲ ናይ ስዊስ ፓርላማ ኣቕሪብዎ ዘሎ ቅድመ-ኩነት ምስ መንግስቲ ኤርትራ ኣብ ስምምዕ ክብጽሕ ከምዘይክእል ከም ዘረጋገጹ ብሰፊሑ ዝግለጽ ዘሎ እዩ።
18 መስከረም 2011፡ ምልካዊ ስርዓት ኢሳያስ፡ ነቲ ኣብ ኣመሪካ ብ11 መስከረም 2011 እተወስደ ናይ ራዕዲ ተግባር ዝፈጠሮ ሕንፍሽፍሽ ተጐልቢቡ፡ ዓለም ኣቓልቦኣ ኣብ ካልእ እንከሎ፡ ነቶም ቅዋም ኣብ ግብሪ ክውዕልን ግዝኣተ-ሕጊ ክነግስን ዝጠለቡ 15 ኣባላት ማእከላይ ባይቶ ህግዲፍን ነቲ ተረኽቦታት ዘቃልሑ ጋዜጠኛታትን ኣብ ቀይዲ ዘእተወላ ጸላም ዕለት ኢያ። ስርዓት ኢሳያስ፡ ነዚ ስጕምቲ’ዚ ክወስድ እንከሎ፡ ብሓደ እምኒ ብዙሓት ኣዕዋፍ ምቕታል ዝብል ምስላ ተተርኢሱ ምዃኑ ንምርዳእ ዘጸግም ኣይኰነን።
እቲ ምስ ኢትዮጵያ ዝተባርዐ ናይ ዶብ ውግእ፡ ብውሳኔ ባይቶ ኤርትራ ወይ ካቢነ ኤርትራ ዘይኰነስ ብውሳኔ ፕረሲደንት ኢሳያስ ምንባሩ ሎሚ ናይ ኣደባባይ ምስጢር ኰይኑ ኢዩ። ኮሚሽን ዶባት ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን እንተዀነ እውን፡ ሓላፍነት ናይ ውግእ ምብራዕ ንስርዓት ኢሳያስ ኢዩ ኣሰኪምዎ። ከምኡ’ውን ስርዓት ኢሳያስ፡ ነቲ ብመንግስቲ ኣመሪካን ሩዋንዳን ይኹን ብሕብረት ኣፍሪቃ ዝቐረበሉ ናይ ዕርቂ እማመ ተሓሲሙ፡ ኣብ ውግእ ምስ ተሳዕረ ኢዩ ነቲ ናይ ኣልጀርስ ዕርቂ ክቕበል ዝተገደደ። ነዚ ፍሽለት’ዚ ንምሽፋን ኢዩ እምበኣር ፕረሲደንት ኢሳያስ፡ ነቶም ናብ ስልጣን ዘብጽሕዎ ናይ ቃልሲ ብጾቱ ብኽሕደት ክኸሶም ዝወሰነ። ብዙሓት ግሩሃት እውን በዚ ኣበሃህላ’ዚ ተደናጊሮም ኢዮም።
ብኻልእ ሸነኽ፡ ነዞም ቅዋም ክትግበርን ግዝኣተ-ሕጊ ክነግስን ዝሓተቱ ብጾቱ፡ ውዒሎም ሓዲሮም ንስልጣነይ ሓደጋ ክዀኑ ኢዮም ካብ ዝብል ስግኣት ተበጊሱ፡ ኣብ ትሕቲ ቀይዲ ከምዝኣትዉ ገይሩ። ኣብ ትሕቲ ቀይዲ ካብ ዝኣተዉሉ ዕለት ኣትሒዞም ክሳብ ሎሚ፡ 15 ዓመታት ማለት ኢዩ፡ ብዘይ ክስን ብዘይ ፍርድን ኣብ ማእሰርቲ ከምዝበልዩን ከምዝሞቱን ዝገብር ዘሎ ስርዓት ኢዩ። ቤተ-ሰቦም፡ ጠበቓታቶምን ናይ ሰብኣዊ መሰላት ተጣበቕትን ክርእይዎምን ክረኽብዎምን እውን ኣይፈቅደን ኢዩ። ኣብ ርእስ’ዚ፡ ብሃይማኖታዊ ይኹን ፖለቲካዊ እምነቶም ኣብ ማእሰርቲ ዝርከቡ በሽሓት ዝቝጽሩ ኤርትራውያን ኣለዉ።
ሰልፊ ዲሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ፡ በዚ ኣጋጣሚ’ዚ፡ ኵሎም ናይ ፖለቲካን ናይ ሕልናን እሱራት ብዘይ ውዓል ሕደር ክፍትሑ ይጽውዕ።
ኮሚሽን ሕቡራት ሰብኣዊ መሰላት ኤርትራ፡ ንዘቕረቦ ጸብጻብ ደገፉን ናእዳኡን ይገልጽ። ባይቶ ሰብኣዊ መሰላት ሕቡራት ሃገራት ነዚ ሒዝዎ ዘሎ ዕማም ኣብ መፈጸምታኡ ንኸብጽሖ ከይተሓለለ ክሰርሕ ድማ ይምሕጸን።
እቶም ብዝተፈላለየ ምስምስ ምስ’ዚ ስርዓት’ዚ ዝተሓባበሩ ዘለዉ ኤርትራውያን ይኹኑ ወጻእተኛታት፡ ንውሳኔታቶም ዳግማይ ርእይቶ ክገብርሉን ኣብ ጐድኒ ጭቍን ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ደው ክብሉን ይጽውዕ።

ሰልፊ ዲሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ናብ ሚኒስተር ወጻኢ ጉዳይ ጀርመን ኣቶ ፍራንክ ዋልተር ስተኢንመየር መዘክር ልኢኹ። ኣብዚ መዘክሩ መንግስቲ ጀርመንን መሪሕነቱን ብዛዕባቲ ኤውሮጳ ንመንግስቲ ኤርትራ እትህቦ ሓገዝ የጋግዩ ከይህልዉ ዘለዎ ስኽፍቲ ገሊጹ። እቲ መልእኽቲ፡ እቲ ብመንግስቲ ጀርመን ዝተዓደመ ልኡኽ ኤርትራ እንተላይ ብገበን ግህሰት ሰብኣዊ መሰል ዝጥርጠሩ ገበነኛታት ከም ዘጠቓለለ’ውን ኣመልኪቱ።
እዚ ተሪር መልእኽቲ ዝሓዘ መዘክር ሰደህኤ፡ ናብ ናይ ጀርመን ኣቦመንበር ፓርላማ፡ ናብ ሚኒስተር ቁጠባን ዕቤትን ከምኡ እውን ነተን ኣብዚ ዝሓለፈ ዓመታት ጸረ-ህዝብነቱ ምስ ዝተረጋገጸ ስርዓት ኤርትራ ብዛዕባ ምምሕያሽ ዝምድና ምስ ሓጋጊ ኣካልን ላዕለዎት ሓለፍትን መንገስቲ ጀርመን ክዘራረብ ዕድል ዝፈቓዳ ዓበይቲ ሰልፍታት ብመልክዕ ቅዳሕ ተላኢኹ።

እቲ ብሰልፊ ዲሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ዝቐረበ መዘክር እዚ ዝስዕብ እውን ጠቒሱ። “መንግስትን መብዛሕትኡ ህዝብን ጀርመን ኣብ ኤርትራ ዘሎ ኩነታት ዘይጽወርን ብሰብኣውነት ክትዕገሶ ዘይከኣልን ምዃኑ ይፈልጡ እዮም። እዚ ጥራይ ኣይኮነን ናይቲ ኣብ ኤርትራ ዘሎ ኩነታት መሰረታዊ ምኽንያት፡ ምንፋግ መሰልን ብኩራት ቅርዑይ ምምሕዳር እዩ። እዚ ድማ ኣብ ከምቲ ኣብ ኤርትራ ዝረአ ዘሎ ምልካዊ ስርዓት ብምቅብጣር ዝፍታሕ ኣይኮነን። ብኣንጻሩ ከምዚ ዝኣመሰለ ምልስላስ ኣብ ኣተሓሕዛ ሰብኣዊ መሰልን፡ ደሞክራስን ፍትሓውነትን ኣብ ኤርትራ ኮነ ኣብ ካልእ ከባቢብታት ናብ ከዚ ኣብ ሱርያ ዝረአ ዘሎ ኩነታት ዘምርሕ እዩ።
ካብዚ ሓሊፉ፡ ኣብ ሕቡራት መንግስታት ኣቦመንበር ኮሚሽን ሰብኣዊ መሰላት ኤርትራ፡ ኣብ 21 ሰነ 2016 ንባይቶ ሰባኣዊ መሰል “ሕገመንግስቲ ኮነ ሃገራዊ ፓርላማ ክሳብ ዘየለ፡ ኣበይ’ዩ ብዛዕባ ሃገራዊ ሕቶታት ዝዝተ? መወዳእታ ዘየብሉ ግዱድ ኣገልግሎት ክሳብ ዘሎ፡ ነጻ ፕረስ ኣብ ዘየብሉ፡ ብዘይካቶም ብመንግስቲ ዝሽየሙ፡ ናጻ በርገሳዊ ማሕበራት ኣብ ዘየብሉ፡ ህዝቢ ኣብ ስግኣትን መንግስታዊ ቁጽጽርን ኣብ ዝነብረሉ፡ ብግቡእ ምኽባር ሰብኣዊ መሰላትን ሓቀኛ ዕቤት ህዝቢ ኤርትራን ክህሉ ኣይክእልን እዩ።” ኢሎም። ናይ ሕቡራት ሃገራት ኮሚሽን ሰባኣዊ መሰል ንኤርትራውያን ገበነኛታት ኣብ ፍትሒ ምቕራብ ዝብል መደምደምታ ዝበጸሐ፡ ምእንቲ እቶም ግዳያት ህግሰት ዝኾኑ ዘለዉ ኣእላፍ ኤርትራውያ ጥራይ ዘይኮነ፡ ኣብ ዝኾነ ኩርናዕ ከምዚ ኣብ ልዕሊ ኤርትራውያን ዝፍጸም ዘሎ ክረአ እንከሎ ቅቡል ከምዘይኮነ ንምምልካት’ውን እዩ”
ኣብ መጠቓለሊ እቲ መዘክር ዕላምኡ ሓድሽ ዘይኮነስ፡ ቅድሚ ሕጂ ኣብ ወርሒ ሰነ 2015 ናብዚ ክቡር ቤት ጽሕፈትኩም ቀሪቡ ዝነበረ ጥርዓን ደጊምካ ንምዝካኻርብ ምዃኑ ብምጥቃስ፡ እዚ ዝስዕብ ነጥብታት ኣስፊሩ
