ዕላማ ኢሳይያስ እንታይ እዩ?

ብዙሓት ኣካይዳ ኣቶ ኢሳይያስ ምርድኡ ዘጸገሞም ወገናት፣ “ዕላማ ናይዚ ሰብኣይ እንታይ እዩ?” ኢሎም ካብ ዝሓቱ ነዊሕ ግዜ ኮይኑ እዩ። ነዚ ሕቶዚ ንምምላስ ንድሕሪት ነዊሕ ተመሊሶም፣ ምስክርነት ተስፋሚካኤል ጆርጆ፣ ተረኽቦ ምምልላሱ ኣብ መንጎ ዓላን ቃኘውን፣ ኣበሃህላ ናይ ቅድም ኣመሓዳሪ ኤርትራ ሻለቃ ዳዊት ወ/ጊዮአጊስ፣ ናይዚ ቀረባ ምስክርነት ነባር መቓልስቱ ኣቶ መስፍን ሓጐስ ዝጠቕሱ ብዙሓት እዮም። እዚ ኩሉ መርተዖታት ደሚርካ ክረኣይ እንከሎ፣ ኪኖ ኣብ ስልጣን ምንባር ኤርትራውነት ናይ ምልማስ ሕልና ከም ዝነበሮ ብውሑዱ ምግማት ይከኣል።

ኣብዚ ቀረባ ግዜ ዝሰማዕናዮምን ዘንበብናዮምን፣ “ኣብ መንጎ ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ዘሎ ዶብ ትርጉም ናብ ዘየብሉ ደረጃ ከነውርዶ ኢና። ንህዝብታት ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ክልተ ህዝብታት እዮም ዝብሉ እቶም ነቲ ሓቂ ዘይፈልጡ እዮም። ዶክተር ኣብይ ኣሕመድ ክመርሕና ሓላፍነት ሂብናዮ ኣለና።” ዝብሉ ኣብ ባይታ ዘይወድቁ ሓምሉኣት ሓሳባት ሰሚዕናዮም ኢና። ምናልባት ነቲ በሃሊኦም ከነጸባብቐሉ ክንብል “ ካብ እግሪ ኣፍ ይዕንቀፍ” ከይከውን ዝበሉ ኣለዉ። ኣቶ ኢሳይያስ ግና ነቶም ዘሎ መሲልዎም ኣጸባቢቖም ከቕርብዎ ዝፍትኑ ወገናት ኣይሓገዞምን። ካብቲ ኣብ ኣስመራ፣ ኣዲስ ኣበባን ኣዋሳን ተገቲሩ ዝበሎ ዝተፈልየ ትርጉም ከም ዘለዎም ኣይነገረናን። ናብ ካልእ ከይሰገርና ነታ “ ውሳነ ኮሚሽን ዶብ ቀያድን ናይ መወዳእታን እዩ” እትብል ኣብ ዕዲ ሃሎ ኮይኑ ንነዊሕ ግዜ ከኮማስዓ ዝውዕል ዝነበረ ረዛን ሓረግ ካብ መዝገበ ቃላቱ ምውጽኡ ከኣ ፍሉይ ግምት ዝወሃቦ እዩ፡

ነዚ ዝኸውን ዘሎ መሰረት ገይርና፣ ነቲ “ዕላማ ኢሳይያስ እንታይ እዩ?” ዝብል ሕቶ ንመልስ። ዝተፈላለዩ ወገናት ነዚ ሕቶ’ዚ ዝተፈላለዩ መልስታት ኣለዎም። እቶም ጐሊሖም ዝወጹ መልስታት ግና ክልተ እዮም። በቲ ሓደ ወገን “ቀንዲ ዕላማ ኢሳይያስ ንህዝቢ ኤርትራ እንዳደሃኽካ ኣብ ስልጣን ምንባር እዩ” ዝብል ክኸውን እንከሎ፣ እቲ ካልእ ወገን ከኣ “የለን ዕላማ ኢሳይያስ ኪኖ ኣብ ስልጣን ምንባር ዝምጠጥ፣ ህልውና ኤርትራ ከም ሓንቲ ብኣዝዩ ክቡር ዋጋ ዝተረኽበት ልኡላዊት ሃገር ኣብ ሓደጋ ዘውድቕ እዩ” ዝብል ኮይኑ ንረኽቦ። ካብዚ ክልተ ንዕላማ ኢሳይያስ ዝምልከት ግምታዊ መልስታት ኣፍካ መሊእካ ከም ውዱእ መልሲ “እዚ እዩ” ንምባል ቁሩብ ግዜ ምጽባይ ከም ዘድሊ ርዱእ እዩ። እንተኾነ ኣብዚ ንርእዮን ንከታተሎን ዘለና ምዕባለታት ተመርኲስካ ዝያዳ ናብቲ ሓቂ ዝዛዘወ መልሲ ምሃብ ዘጸግም ኣይኮነን።

ሕጂ ንዕዘቦ ከም ዘለና፣ ኣቶ ኢሳይያስ ነቲ ንኣድላይነት ምርግጋጽ ልኡላውነት ኤርትራ ዘበርኽ ቋንቋን ብሂልን ገዲፍዎ እዩ። ከም መህደሚ ዝጥቀመሉ ከኣ እቲ ቀዳማይ ሚኒስተር ብዶ/ር ኣብይ ኣሕመድ ዓሊ ዝምራሕ መንግስቲ ኢትዮጵያ ንውሳነ ዶብ ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን “ብዘይቅድመ ኩነት ተቐቢለዮ ኣለኹ ኢሉ” ዝብል እዩ። እቶም ኣቶ ኢሳይያስ ደድሕሪ መኽሰቡ ዝኸይድ ዘይኮነስ፣ ኣብ ዝወዓሎ ዝሓድር ጭቡጥ መራሒ መሲልዎም፣ ነዚ ንትግባረ ምምልካት ዶብ ዝምልከት ሓረግ ርዒሞም ዝነበሩ፣ ኣቶ ኢሳይያስ ኣብ ማእከል ጎልጎል ራሕሪሕዎም ከም ዝተዓዝረ ዘንጊዖም፣ ሎሚ እውን ዶ/ር ኣብይ ዝበሎ ክትግበረሎም ጭልም ይብሉ ኣለዉ። እንተኾነ “ ንውሳነ ኮሚሽን ዶብ ብዘይ ቅድመኩነት ተቐቢልናዮን ብዘይ ቅድመ-ኩነት ተግቢርናዮን” ዝብሉ ሓረጋት ኣዝዩ ዝተረሓሓቐ ትርጉም ከም ዘለዎ ክግንዘቡ ነዘኻኽሮም። እቲ ብዘይ ቅድመ-ኩነት ተቐቢልናዮ ዝብል ኣበሃህላ መደንዘዚ እምበር መተግበሪ ኣይኮነን። እምበርከ ስለምንታይ ኢና ነቲ መራሒ ኢትዮጵያ ኣብ ሕቡራት መንግስታት ኣሜሪካ ምስ ተሓተተ “ጉዳይ ዶብ ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ንኡስ ዛዕባ ስለ ዝኾነ ኣየልዓልናዮን” ዝበሎ እሞ ብወገን ጉጅለ ኢሳይያስ ርኢቶ ዘይተዋህበሉ እንዝንግዖ። ኣቶ ኢሳይያስ ግና እቲ ብዘይቅድመ-ኩነት ተቐቢልናዮ ዘይትግበር መደዓዓሲ ምዃኑ ኣዳዕዲዑ ተረዲኡ ካብኡ ዝዓቢ ቅጫ ሃሪፉ ዝኣተዎ እዩ። ካብ “ተቐቢልናዮ” ናብ “ተግቢርናዮ” ንሰጋገር ከይብል ከኣ ምናልባት ዝበለዐት ከብዲ ኮይንዎ ይኸውን። ስለዚ እዚ ኣካይዳ ዲክታቶር ኢሳይያስ ንሃገር ብዓባያ ኣብ ሓደጋ ዘውድቕ እምበር፣ ኣብ ስልጥን ክነብር ናይ ዝደሊ ጥራይ ኣይኮነን።

ኣብዚ እዋንዚ ብገዛእ ናይ ህይወት ዋጋ ዝኸፈልናላ ሃገር፣ ብዛዕባኣ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ዘይንፈልጦ ስምምዓት ይካየድ ኣሎ። ከም ኣካል ናይዚ ካብ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ዝተሓብአ ሽፉን ስምምዕ፣ ኣብ መንጎ ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ዶብ ምስተኸፍተ ወዮ ተዘሪዑ ዝጸንሐ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ናብ ኢትዮጵያ ብቐጻሊ ይውሕዝ ኣሎ። ኤርትራ ናብ ሰሪሑ ዘፍሪ ክፍሊ ሕብረተሰብ ዘየብላ ትምዕብል ኣላ ዝብል ስግኣት ከኣ ናይ ብዙሓት እዩ። ቅድም ሕልሚ ዝመስል ዝነበረ፣ ሎሚ ግና ዝገሃድ ዘሎ ሸፋጢ ተግባር ኣቶ ኢሳይያስ ብሓቂ ህልውና ኤርትራ ዓቂብካ ኣብ ስልጣን ምቕጻል እንተዝነብር፣ ነዚ ዘይዛሪ ህዝባዊ ዋሕዚ ስቕ ኢሉ ኣይመረኣዮን። ምኽንያቱ ኣብ ስልጣን ምንባር ብዘይ ህዝቢ ትርጉም የብሉን። ዝግዛእ ህዝቢ ዘየለ ገዛኢ ኮይንካ ምቕጻል ኣይከኣልን እዩ። ናይቲ ትገዝኦ ህዝቢ ጉልበት መዝመዝካ ንዋት ከይደለብካ ኣብ ስልጣን ኣይንበርን እዩ። ኣብ ስራሕ ተዋፊሩ ግብርን ቀረጽን ዝኸፍል ህዝቢ ዘየብሉ ኣብ ስልጣን ኣይንበርን እዩ። ኣንጻር ስልጣንካ ዝመጹ ሓይልታት እትከላኸለሉ ኣብ ውትህድርና ዘገልግል መንእሰይ ዘየብሉ ኣብ ስልጣን ኣይንበርን እዩ፡ ስለዚ ኣቶ ኢሳይያስ ካልእ ገዲፍካ፣ ህዝቢ እንዳፈለሰ ስቕ ኢሉ ምርኣዩ፣ ኣብ ስልጣን ምንባር መንይዎስ፣ “ድሕረይ ዳንዴር ኣይብቆላ” ከም ዝበሃል፣ ንኤርትራ ለኪምካ ናይ ምጥፋእ ምዃኑ ምግንዛብ ዘጸግም ኣይኮነን። እቶም ዕላማ ኢሳይያስ ኪኖ ኣብ ስልጣን ምንባር ንኤርትራ ከም ሃገር ምህሳሳ ኣይኮነን ዝብሉ፣ ኤርትራና ንህልውነኣ ከም ሃገር ዝፈታተን ሓደጋ ክትወድቕያ ምባል ከም ሕማቕ ፋል ስለ ዝርእይዎ ክኸውን ይኽእል። ሓቂ እዩ እቲ ፋል ሕማቕ እዩ፡። እቲ ክዉን ሓቂ ነዚ ከም ዘመልክት ግና ክንቃለሶ እምበር ክንሓብኦ ዝግበኣና ኣይኮነን።

Eritrea and Sudan to mend fences?

On Friday, 5th of January, Sudan sent thousands of troops to guard its border with Eritrea. The deployment was said to have been done to ‘confront human trafficking operations,’ the official SUNA news agency reported.

No explanation was ever given for the dramatic development, which saw the Sudan-Eritrean border closed and a state of emergency declared in the area.

Now, it seems, this is about to be reversed.

Eritrea, Sudan to normalize relations soon: report

October 28, 2018 (KHARTOUM) – Sudan and Eritrea would normalise bilateral relations in the near future as a result of regional efforts, according to a press report published in Khartoum on Sunday.

In January 2018, Sudan accused Eritrea of backing rebel groups unidentified opposition groups and closed the border after deploying thousands of troops. In return, Asmara last May accused Sudan, Ethiopia and Qatar of supporting armed opposition groups to overthrow the government of President Isaias Afewerki.

However, the Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed reconciled with Eritrea last July and sought to bridge the gaps between the two neighbouring countries as he did with Eritrea and Somalia.

Al-Meghar newspaper reported on Sunday that President Omer al-Bashir would meet his Eritrean counterpart Afewerki after a visit by the Presidential Assistant Faisal Hassan Ibrahim to Asmara in the upcoming days without further details.

The report said the normalisation of relations come after regional efforts to end the tensions between the two countries.

Also, the newspaper mentioned internal efforts by Sudanese political parties that have good relations with President Afewerki without naming these political forces. But it disclosed that Presidential Assistant Musa Mohamed Ahmed who is also the leader of the Beja Congress is currently in Asmara to discuss the normalization of bilateral relations and he would return next Tuesday.

Musa who was the leader of the rebel East Front signed a peace agreement with the Sudanese government brokered by the Eritrean government in October 2006 and remained close to Eritrean president.

Last September the IGAD Council of Minister said it would discuss the normalization of relations between Djibouti and Eritrea; and between Eritrea and Sudan. However, nothing was announced after the meeting of 12 September about this matter.

ከም ኣካል ናይቲ ኣብ መንጎ ሰልፊ ዲሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ (ሰዲህኤ)ን ሃገራዊ ድሕነት ኤርትራ-ሕድሪ (ሃድኤ-ሕድሪ)ን ዝካየድ ዘሎ መስርሕ ሓድነት ብ21 ጥቅምቲ 2018 ናይ ክልቲኡ ወገናት መሪሕነታት ዞባታት፣ ንኡሳን ዞባታትን ጨናፍርን ናይ ሓባር ኣኼባ ተኻይዱ። ናይዚ ኣኼባ ቀንዲ ዕላማ መስርሕ ሓድነት ኣብ ላዕለዎት መሪሕነታት ጥራይ ተንጠልጢሉ ዝተርፍ ዘይኮነ፣ ናብ መሰረታት እውን ክወርድ ስለ ዝግበኦ ናይ ክልቲኡ መሰረታት ምልላይን ኣብ ቀጻሊ ሓቢሮም ዝሰርሕሉ ኩነታት ንምጥጣሕን እዩ።

ኣብዚ ናይ ምልላይን ኣብ መጻኢ ሓቢርካ ናይ ምምስጓም ኣንፈት ምንጻርን መድረኽ፣ በታ ካብ ክልቲኡ ውድባት ዝተመዘዘት ሽዱሽተ ዝኣባላታ ናይ ዘተ (ኣወሃሃዲት) ሽማግለ፣ እቲ መስርሕ ሓድነት ዝጀመረሉ ኣጋጣሚ፣ ዘለዎ ደረጃን ኣብ ቅድሚኡ ዘለዉ ዕማማትን ብዝምልከት ሰፊሕ መብርሂ ተዋሂቡ።

ኣብዚ ኣኼባ፣ ካብ ዝተፈላለያ ሃገራት ኤውሮጳ፣ እስራኤል፣ ኣወስትራልያ፣ ኣሜሪካን ካናዳን፣ ሱዳንን ኢትዮጵያን ዝተሳተፉ ዝርከብዎም ናይ ክልቲኡ ውድባት ኣካላት ተሳቲፎም። እዞም ናይ ክልቲኡ ውድባት ኣካላት ተሳተፍቲ ኣኼባ፣ በታ ናይ ሓባር ተዛታይት (ኣወሃሃዲት) ኣካል ዝቐረበሎም መብርሂ ብጽሞና ድሕሪ ምስማዕ፣ ነቲ ክሳብ ሕጂ ተበጺሑ ዘሎ ስምምዕን ንመጻኢ ክንጸር ዝገበኦ መስርሕ ሓድነትን ብዝምልከት ዝተፈላለዩ ሕቶታት ኣቕሪቦም ብኣባላት ናይታ ኣወሃሃዲት ኣካል ግቡእ መልሲ ተዋሂብዎም። ድሕሪ እዚ ተሳተፍቲ ኣብ ዝሃብዎ ርኢቶ፣ ሎሚ ኣብዚ ሃገርናን ህዝብናን ብሰንኪ ዘይቅርዑይ ኣካይዳ ጉጅለ ህግደፍ ኣብ ኣዝዩ ኣጸጋምን ኣስጋእን ኩነታት ዘለዉሉ ኣገዳስነት ሓድነት ሓይልታት ለውጢ ልዕሊ ኩሉ ዝስራዕ ምዃኑ ኣነጺሮም። ተታሒዙ ዘሎ መስርሕ ሓድነት ክልተ ውድባትና፣ ካብ ሕሉፍ ናይ ተኣኪብካ ብዘይመሰረታዊ ምኽንያት ምብታን ተመኩሮ ተማሂሩ ንድሕሪት ክምለስ ብዘይክእለሉ ኣገባብ ክተሓዝ ከም ዝግበኦን ነዚ ንምዕዋት ግቡኦም ንምፍጻም ድሉዋት ምዃኖምን ብምጥቃስ፣ ዕዙዝ ድልውነቶምን ለበዋኦምን ኣቕሪቦም።

ምስዚ ብዝተተሓሓዘ ናይ ቅድሚ ሕጂ ምፍንጫላት ኣብ ናይ ፖለቲካዊ ርኢቶ ፍልልይ ዘይኮነ፣ ኣብ መን መረሐን ካለኦት ዘይመሰረታዊ ምኽንያታትን ዘተኮረ ምንባሩ ጠቒሶም፣ ድሕሪ ሕጂ “መን ይመርሕ?” ዝብል ሕቶ “ብቕዓትን ክእለትን ዘለዎ” ብዝብል ክተሓዝ ከም ዝግበኦ ብንጹር ኣቐሚጦም። ብዘይካዚ መስርሕ ሓድነት ውድባት ብውሱናት መራሕቲ ወይ ተዛተይቲ ጥራይ ዝዕመም ከም ዘይኮነ ብምርዳእ፣ መሰረታት ክልቲኡ ውድባት ተዓጢቖም ክሰርሕሉ ድሉዋት ምህላዎም ኣነጺሮም። ተሳተፍቲ ኣኼባ ስምረት ክልተ ውድባት በይኑ ኣብ ኤርትራ ለውጢ ንምምጻእ እኹል ከምዘይኮነ ብምርዳእ፣ ካለኦት ኤርትራዊ ውድባትን ሰልፍታትን እውን ምእንቲ ሓድነት ክጽዕቱ እሞ እቲ መስርሕ ምሉእ ምእንቲ ክኸውን መጸዋዕታ ኣቕሪቦም።

እዚ ከምዚሉ እንከሎ ናይ ክልቲኡ ውድባት ኣካላት ብኣባልነት ዝዋስኡለን ኣሰናዳኢት ሽማግለ ጉባአን ሓጻይት ኣካልን እውን መስርሕ ምልላየን ወዲአን ስረሐን ጀሚረን ኣለዋ።

ጉዳይና ጉዳይ ኤርትራ ብሓፈሻ ካብ ግዜ ቃልስና ምእንቲ ናጽነት፣ ብፍላይ ከኣ ድሕሪ ናጽነት፣ ብኽመቲ ክኾኖ ዝግበኦ ደረጅ’ኳ እንተዘይኮነ፣ ካብ ቆላሕታ ሕብረተሰብ ዓለም ወጻኢ ኣይጸንሐን። እቲ ቀንዲ ትብዓት፣ ጽንዓትን ዘይተጸዓድነት ህዝብና’ኳ እንተኾነ፡ ኤርትራና ልኡላዊ ክብራ ንክትሕዝ ግደ ሓብረተሰብ ዓለም ኣይነበሮን ማለት ድማ ኣይኮነን። ብፍላይ ከኣ ከም መስርሕ ረፈረንደምን ውእግ ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ዝኣመሰሉ ተርእዮታት ሕብረተሰብ ዓለም ናብ ጉዳይና ከድህብ ካብ ዘደረኽዎ ተረኽቦታት ነይሮም። ደሓር ከኣ ዘይልሙድ ግፍዓዊ ኣካይዳ ህግደፍን ወጽኢት ናይዚ ግፍዒ ዝኾኑ ስደትን ኣብ መስርሕ ስደት ከጋጥሙ ዝጸንሑ ከም ኣስካሕካሒ ተረኽቦ ላምፓዱዛ ዝኣመሰሉ ክስተታትን ሕብረተሰብ ዓለም ናባና ከቕልብ ደረኽቲ ተረኽቦታት ኮይኖም ጸኒሖም።

እዞም ተረኽቦታት ኣብ ጉዳይ ኤርትራ ዝሰሓብዎ ቆላሕታ ሕብረተሰብ ዓለም ቀሊል’ኳ እንተዘይኮነ፣ ክንድቲ ክብደቱ ኣብ ልዕሊ ጉጅለ ህግደፍ ተጽዕኖ ኣሕይልካ ለውጢ ኣብ ምምጻእ ግና ካብቲ ዝተጸበናዮ ንታሕቲ ኮይኑ እዩ ጸኒሑ። ከምኡ ንክኸውን ድኽመት ናይቶም ብቐዳምነት ዝምልከተና ሰብ ጉዳይ ኤርትራውያን ብጽሒት ከም ዝነበሮ ከኣ ዝሕባእ ኣይኮነን። ጉጅለ ህግደፍ ብሕብረተሰብ ዓለም ኣሰካፊ ኩነታት ኤርትራ ክንገሮ እንከሎ ንሓንሳብ ካብ ኤርትራ ዝኸፈአ ኩነታት ምስ ዘለወን ሃገራት እንዳወዳደረ፣ ጸገም ከም ዘየለ ክገልጽ እንከሎ፣ ንሓንሳብ ከኣ ጸገም ከምዘሎ ይእመን እሞ ከምኡ ንክኸውን ዘገደደ ዝብሎ ምስምሳት ብምቕራብ ክሃድም ጸኒሑ እዩ። ካብቲ ቀንዲ ክሃድመሉ ዝጸንሐ ብዙሕ ምስምሳት ከኣ “ምስ ኢትዮጵያ ኣብ ውግእ እንዲና ዘለና” ዝብል ንነዊሕ ግዜ ዝተበለጸሉ ምስምስ ነይሩ።

ገለ ነቲ ጉጅለ ብዓሚቑ ዘይተረድእዎ ወገናት፣ ነዚ መመሳመሲ ምኽንያታት ናይ ምቕባል ምልክት ከርእዩ እንከለዉ፣ ዝበዝሑ ወገናት ግና ካብ ቅድም እቲ ምኽንያት “ዕባራ ምኽንያት” ምንባሩ ኣይሰሓትዎን። እንተ ንሕና እቲ ምኽንያት ጉጅለ ህግደፍ መጻንሒ ክጥቀመሉ ዝመሃዞ እምበር ናይ ብሓቁ ከምዘይነበረ ብግቡእ ንርዳእ ነይርና ኢና። ጉዳይ ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ጌና ከምዚ ሎሚ ሒዝዎ ዘሎ ደረጃ ከይሓዘ፣ ኣብ ኩሉ ኩርነዓት ዓለም “ደጊም ይኣክል ዝሕመረቱ” ዝካየድ ዝነበረ ቀጻሊ ተቓውሞታት ከኣ መርኣያ ካብ ቅድም ምርዳእና እዩ። እንተኾነ ነዚ ሓቀኛ ተረድኦና፡ ተረድኦ ሕብረተሰብ ዓለም ክንገብሮ ኣይበቓዕናን።

ጉጅለ ህግደፍ ከምዚ ሕጂ ንርደኦ ዘለና፣ ፈትዩ ዘይኮነ ሳዕቤኑ ብዘይምርዳእን እስትራተጅያዊ ኣቀማምጣ ሃገርና ዘብሃጎም ሃብታማት ብዝወሃቦ ግነዖት ኣፉ ማይ መሊእዎ/ሃሪፉዩ፣ ዘይብርሁን ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ዘይፈልጦን ዘይተሳተፈሉን ስምምዓት ፈሪሙ ዶብ ኤርትራን ትግራይን ምስተኸፍተ እነሆ ብብዙሕ መልክዑ ዕርቃኑ ወጺኡ ምስ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ይፋታሕ ኣሎ። ኣብዚ ዝሓለፈ 27 ዓመታት ንጸገማት ዝያዳ መጢጡ፣ ንኤርትራውያን ኣብ ኩሉ መዳያት ሃገሮም ናይ ምልማዕ ኣእዳዎም ኣሲሩ ንኤርትራ ጀሆ ሒዝዋ ብምጽንሑ ኣብ ኩሉ መዳያት ቁጠባን ትሕተ ቅርጻን ባዶ ምዃና ተራእዩ። ዋላ’ኳ በቲ ምስ ኢትዮጵያ ዝጸንሖ ኩነታት ከመኻኒ እንተፈተነ ካልእስ ይትረፍ እቶም ንኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ርእዮም ሚዛኖም ዝህቡ ዘለዉ ክዕሸዉ ዝጸንሑ ኤርትራውያን ተቐባልነት ኣይረኸበን። “እቲ ኣይውግእ ኣይሰላም ደኣ ንክልቴን ሃገራትዶ ኣይኮነን ዝምልከት?” ዝብሉ ዘለዉ ከኣ ብዙሓት እዩ።

ኣቶ ኢሳይያስ ኣፈወርቂ ዝመርሕዎ ህግደፍ፣ ድሕሪ ኩነታት ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ዋንኡ ብዘይርደኣካ ኣገባብ ምቕያሩ፣ ምኽንያት ስኢኑ የዕለብጥ ከምዘሎ ንሕና ኮነ ሕብረተሰብ ዓለም ንዕዘቦ ኣለና። ንሕናስ ካብ ቀደምና ኰነታት ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ምስተቐየረ፣ ጉጅለ ህግደፍ ሓንቢሱ ክወጾ ናብ ዘይክእል ቀላይ ከም ዝኣቱ ዝተጸበናዮ እዩ። ከም ትጽቢትና ከኣ ኮይኑ። ወያ ብፍርቂ ልባ’ውን እንተኾነ ክሳብ ጉዳይ ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን መልክዑ ዝቕይር ዕድል ሂባ ከተወድኦ ትጽበ ዝነበረት ሕብረተሰብ ዓለም ከኣ “እሞኸደኣ ሕጂኸ እንታይ እዩ ጉድካ?” ኢላ ክትውጥሮ ጀሚራ ኣላ። ድሕሪዚ ኩነታት፣ ናይ ኣሜሪካ ወጻኢ ጉዳያት፣ ትካላት ሰብኣዊ መሰልን ስደተኛታትን ዓልም ከምኡ እውን ዝተፈላለያ ሃገራትን ማሕበራትን ኤውሮጵ፣ ነቲ ምስ ኢትዮጵያ ተፈጢሩ ዘሎ ኩነታት ብኣውንታ ርእየን፣ ንኤርትራ ዝምልከት ግና “እዚ ተበጺሑ ዘሎ መንቀሊ ዝኸውን እምበር ብመንጽር’ቲ ኣዝዩ ሳዕሪሩ ዘሎ ኤርትራዊ ዘቤታዊ ገስረጥ ኣመራርሕኡ ዝተርፈካ ኣሎ ዘይኮነ ስድሪ’ውን ኣይሰጐምካን” ዝመንፈሱ ስምዕታታት የቕርባሉ ኣለዋ።

ህግደፍ እቲ ኣብ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ዝለመዶ ምትዕሽሻው፣ ሎሚ ኣብ ቅድሚ ሕብረተሰብ ዓለም ክሰርሓሉ ከምዘይከኣለ ምስ ተረድአ እነሆ ናይ ምጽቃጥ ሜላ መሪጹ። ግና ክሳብ መዓስ ተለጒሙ ክነብር። ብኣንጻሩ ካብቲ ኣዝዩ ዝኣረገ ሽጣርኡ ስለ ዘይወጸ፣ ነቲ “እንታይ ዳእሉ ጉዱ ስቕ ስቕ እምበር ኮይኑ” ዝብል ዘሎ ካብ ምዕዝምዛም ሓሊፉ ናብ ኣፍካ መሊእካ ምዝራብ ማዕቢሉ ዘሎ ስምዒት ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ኣቕጣጫ ንምቕያር ምስ ገለ “ዓገብ” ዝበላ ሃገራት ትርጉም ዘየብሉ ኣእማን ክድርቢ ጀሚሩ ኣሎ። ናይ 27 ጥቅምቲ 2018 ጋዜጣዊ መግለጺኡ ኣንጻር መንግስቲ ጀርመን ከኣ ናይዚ ኣብነት እዩ። እቲ ጋዜጣዊ መግለጺ፣ ብኹሉ መልክዑ ገላቢጥካ እንተረኣኻዮ ትርጉሙ ንጹር ናይ ዓቕሊ ጽበትን ኣብ ጉዳይካ እትብሉ ምስኣንን ምልክት እዩ። መልእኽቱ ድማ ኣብ ልዕሊ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ድላይና እንተገበርና እንታይ ገደሰኩም ዝመንፈሱ፣ ንህዝቢ ማዕጾ ዓጺኻ ናይ ምድሃኽ ሕልሙ ዘይተጸንቀቐ ምዃኑ ዘርኢ እዩ። ስለዚ ንሕና ኤርትራውያን ናይ ለውጢ ሓይሊ ነዚ ካብ ሕብረተሰብ ዓለም ዝቀላቐል ዘሎ ዓው ኢልካ ምዝራብ ከም ሓደ መንጠሪ ወሲድና ጉዳይና ባዕልና እሞ ድማ ብሓባር ክንሕዝ ዝያዳ ቅድም ግዜኡ እዩ።

Germany accused of 'meddling' over Eritrea's absent civil liberties

Berlin has been accused of being "cynical" about progress made in Eritrea following its peace agreement with Ethiopia. Earlier this month, Germany criticized a lack of human rights reforms in the Horn of Africa country.

Eritrea has told the Berlin government to "refrain from meddling" in regional affairs after the African country's human rights record drew criticism in Germany's parliament, the Bundestag. A statement posted on the Eritrean Ministry of Information website on Saturday described a speech earlier this month by German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas as "appalling."

Maas' comments centered on the signing of a peace agreement in July between Ethiopia and Eritrea to formally end the two neighbors' 1998-2000 war. He noted that while Ethiopia had made headway in expanding the human rights of its citizens, there had been a lack of progress in Eritrea.

"Reforms similar to the bold ones being carried out in Ethiopia have not been initiated in Eritrea so far," Maas told MPs. "On the contrary, there's still no strategy to indicate how an orderly opening up within the country could look."

Maas singled out Eritrea's decision to maintain compulsory national service, which he said was "a key means of controlling society."

He said Germany and its European partners were considering incentives "to help encourage Eritrea to finally break this logic which has resulted in major human rights violations." Mass said Germany would seek to "continue influencing developments in the region when we take up our seat on the UN Security Council next year."
 
In response, Eritrea said Maas' comments reflected "the hostile stance that the German Government has held against Eritrea for a long time now as well as its perspectives on the unfolding rapprochement between Eritrea and Ethiopia."

The statement, entitled "Germany's Cynical Stance," called on Berlin to "refrain from meddling in the affairs of the Horn of Africa."

Ethiopia and Eritrea's peace agreement formally ended a two-decade standoff following their two-year conflict, which killed tens of thousands of people. The diplomatic thaw began in June when, under a new reformist leader, Ethiopia said it would fully accept the terms of a previously rejected peace agreement.
 
The war caused massive civilian displacement, which led many thousands of Eritreans to cross the Mediterranean to claim asylum in Europe. Germany currently has about 75,000 asylum-seekers from Eritrea; some 15,000 young Eritreans sought asylum this year alone, Germany Development Minister Gerd Müller said during his recent trip to Ethiopia.
 
This year alone, Germany has donated €200 million ($228 million) in humanitarian assistance to the region.

“Thanks to all our efforts and campaign, today UNHCR registered all the 300 Eritrean refugees in Qaser Bin Ghashir.

However, they dont have sufficient food or clothes and are suffering from cold and hunger.

Also thanks to all the public pressure, between yesterday and today UNHCR, IOM and MSF went to the Alfarghi Sebha centre in Tripoli, so the 204 Eritreans received some little food and blankets.

However, the Libyan police is threatening to move them away to a hidden prison if they ask again for food or help.

They are hungry, sick and scared.

We need to continue contacting UNHCR to ask them to evacuate these two groups of refugees most urgently.

Hundreds of human beings are suffering in horrific conditions, from years in Libya.

Hundreds of thousands of Eritreans left their land and risked the deadly passage across the Mediterranean. Pastor Zerai reminded in this context of the boat crash on 3 October 2013, when more than 300 people died. “As an Eritrean,” said Pastor Mussie, “I wonder if it is not possible to bring the bodies of the victims of the massacre of Lampedusa and all the other young refugees who were drowned in the Mediterranean and buried in Italy back to Eritrea.” So far no one has taken responsibility for it. “It is time to overcome this problem in the name of a human principle: the families need a place where they can pray for their loved ones,” said the minister.

It was not until Tuesday evening that Pope Francis urged the governments of Europe to tackle the issue of migration together and decisively. “I ask everyone to look at the new European cemetery: It is located in the Mediterranean, in the Aegean Sea,” said the Pope.
