ኣብ ዑደት ዘለዉ ወጻኢ ጉዳይ ሚኒስተር ቻይና፡ ኲን ጋንግን ኣቦመንበር ኮሚሽን ሕብረት ኣፍሪቃ ሙሳ ፋቂን ብ11 ጥሪ 2023 ኣብ ኣዲስ ኣበባ ብቻይና ዝተሃንጸ ማእከል ምቆጻጸሪ ሕማማት ኣፍሪቃ መሪቖም ከፊቶም። ቻይና ነቲ ማእከል ዝሃነጸቶ ኣብቲ ብ2018 ዝተኻየደ 7ይ ርክብ ሚኒስተራት ኣፍሪቃን ቻይናን ንክትሕግዝ ብዝኣተወቶ ቃል እዩ። እቲ ናይ ቻይና ልግሲ ኣብቲ እዋን ብመራሕቲ ሃገራት ኣፍሪቃ ተናኢዱ እዩ።
እዚ ኣብ ደቡባዊ ሸነኽ ኣዲስ ኣበባ ብ80 ሚሊዮን ዶላር 90 ሺሕ ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ኣብ ዝስፍሓቱ መሬት ዝተሃንጸ ዘመናዊ ማእከል መቆጻጸሪ ሕማማት፡ ክፍሊ ሓበሬታ፡ ማእክል ህጹጽ መጥባሕቲ፡ መመርመሪ፡ መዕቀቢ ንብረት፡ ኣብያተ-ጽሕፈት፡ መግለጺ ዝወሃበሉ ክፍልታትን መሰልጠኒ ቦታን ዘጠቓለለ ኮይኑ፡ ኣድላዪ ዘመናዊ መሳርሒ ዝተገጠመሉ ምዃኑ ተሓቢሩ።
እዚ ሃንጻ፡ ሓደ ካብቲ ግቡእ መሳርሒ ዘለዎ ዘመናዊ፡ ማእከላት ተኸታታሊ መቆጻጸርን መከላኸልን ሕማማት ኣፍሪቃ ኮይኑ፡ ምስ ትካላት ህዝባዊ ሕክምና ኣባል ሃገራት ሕብረት ኣፍሪቃ ብምትሕብባር ከም ዝሰርሕ ተፈሊጡ’ሎ። ምስዚ ብዝተተሓሓዘ፡ ብመሰረት እቲ ኣብ መንጎ ኮሚሽን ሕብረት ኣፍሪቃን መንግስቲ ቻይናን ክብጻሕ ዝጸንሐ ስምምዓት፡ ኣብ መንጎ ሕብረት ኣፍሪቃን ሚኒስተር ንግዲ ቻይናን ንኣተገባብራ ፕሮጀክት ናይዚ ዝተመረቐ ህንጻ ዝምልከት፡ ኣብ ወርሒ ሓምለ 2020 ስምምዓት ተኸቲሙ ከም ዝነበረ ተፈሊጡ።
ኣብዚ እዋንዚ እቶም ኣብዚ ቀረባ ግዜ ዝተመዘዙ ሓድሽ ሚኒስተር ወጻኢ ጉዳያት ቻይና፡ ኣብ ምብጻሕ ሓሙሽተ ሃገራት ኣፍሪቃ እዮም ዝርከቡ። እተን ዝበጽሕወን ሃገራት፡ ኢትዮጵያ፡ በኒን፡ ጋቦን፡ ኣንጎላን ግብጽን ኮይነን፡ ምስ ሕብረት ኣፍሪቃ ዝገበርዎ ርክብ ድማ ነብሱ ዝኸኣለ እዩ። ኣብ ግብጺ ምስ ቤት ጽሕፈት ዓረብ ሊግ ከም ዝራኸቡ ድማ ተፈሊጡ።
ምስሊ ካብብ ማሕበራዊ መራኸቢ
ጓል 21 ዓመት ኤርትራዊት ኣትለት ራሄል ዳኒኤል፡ ኣብ ሃገረ ስፐይን ኣብ ዝተኻየዱ ክልተ ናይ ኣትለቲክስ ውድድራት ቀዳመይቲ ብምዃን ክልተ ወርቂ መዳልያታት ተዓዊታ። እቲ ራሄል ዝተዓወተትሉ ውድድራት፡ ብ6 ጥሪ 2023 ዝተኻየደ መበል 66 ሻምፒዮን ሃገር ኣቋራጺ ሻምፒዮንንን ብ8 ጥሪ 2023 ዝተሳለጠ መበል 79 ዓለምለኸ ናይ ኣትለቲክስ ሻምፒዮን ምዃኑ፡ ኤምባሲ ኣሜሪካ ኣብ ኤርትራ፡ ኣብቲ ብዓወት እታ ኣትለቲካዊት ሓጐሱ ንምግላጽ ዘውጸኦ መልእኽቲ ሓቢሩ። እቲ ሓበሬታ ከም ዘስፈሮ፡ ከምዚ ዝኣመሰለ ዓወት ኣብ ምምዝጋብ ራሄል ዳኒኤል ናይ መጀመርታ ኤርትራዊ እያ።
ኣብዚ ራሄል ዝተዓወተትሉ ናይ ቀረባ ቀንዲ መወዳድታ ዝነበራ ቅድሚ ሕጂ ናይዚ ውድድር ዕዉታት ዝነበራ ኬንያውያን ኮይነን፡ ካብ ኢትዮጵያ፡ ባሕሬንን ብሩንድን ዝተኻፈላ ተሳተፍቲ እውን ነይረን። ኣትለቲክዊት ራሄል ዳንኤል፡ ኣብ ዝሓለፈ ዓመት ኣብ ኦሪጐን ሕቡራት መንግስታት ኣሜርካ ኣብ ዝተኻየደ ዓለምለኻዊ ውድድር ኣትለቲክስ 10 ሽሕ ሜትሮ እውን 5ይ ደረጃ ሒዛ ውድድራ ከም ዝፈጸመት ዝዝከር ኰይኑ፡ ዝለዓለ ኣህጉራዊ ቅልጣፈኣ ድማ 30:12፡15 ኰይኑ ተመዝጊቡ’ሎ።

"We will travel together to consolidate the peace agreement that has finally been reached" to end the war that ravaged northern Ethiopia for two years "and to support the action of the African Union,” she added. The peace agreement provides in particular for the disarmament of rebel forces, the restoration of federal authority in Tigray and the reopening of access and communications to this isolated region since mid-2021. A diplomatic source told AFP that the visit of the two heads of diplomacy would take place on January 12 and 13. They will also discuss food security as well as relations between Ethiopia and the European Union, as well as relations between the EU and the African Union, according to the same source. |

ጉጅለ ህግደፍ፡ ጸላኢ ህዝቢ ምዃኑ ብዘይካ እቶም ውሑዳት ኣገልገልቱ፡ ኤርትራውያን ዝተረዳድእሉ ሓቂ እዩ። ሓደገኛነት ህግደፍ ብዓብይኡ ኣብ ልዕሊ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ዝተጻዕነ ኮይኑ፡ ዞባዊ ታርኡ እውን ዘራጊ እዩ። ወጽዓን ጸረ ህዝቢ ተግባራትን ህግደፍ ኣብ ኤርትራ ጥራይ ዝተደረተ ዘይኮነ፡ ናብ ወጻኢ ክግንፍል ዝጸንሐ ምዃኑ ናይ ቀረባን ርሑቕን ግዳያት ናይቲ ጉጅለ ደጋጊሞም ድከቶም ክሰትይሉ ዝጸንሑ እዩ። ነዚ ሓቂዚ ንምንጻር ጐረባብቲ ሃገራት ቅድሚት ዝስረዓር እየን።
ህግደፍ መሰረታዊ ሕቶ ህዝቢ ዘምልስ ባህርን ቅሩብነትን ስለ ዘየብሉ፡ እቲ ዝመርጾ ስልቲ ካብ ክውንነት ምህዳም እዩ። ከም መግለጺ ህድማኡ ድማ ኣቓልቦ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ኣብ ክንዲ ናብ ውሽጡ ዝኸውን ናብ ደገደገ ከመዓዱ ዝድርኹ ተበለጽቲ ሸርሕታት ምእላም እዩ። ካብቲ ቀንዲ ጠምዛዚ ስልቱ ከኣ በብግዜኡ ንህዝቢ ኤርትራ ብዘሰክፍ፡ ንጐረባብቲ ሃገራት ከም “ጸረ ልኡላውነት ኤርትራ” ጌርካ ምስኣል እሞ ኣንጻረን ከከም ኩነታቱ ንሓንሳብ ግሁድ ንሓንሳብ ድማ ስዉር፡ ፕሮፖጋንዳውን ወተሃደራውን ወስታታት ምስዋር እዩ። ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ከኣ ብፍላይ ኣብቲ ቅድም ምስቲ ንልኡላውነቱ ዘለዎ ክብርን ናይ ምዕቃቡ ቅሩብነትን እቲ ዝባሃሎ ሓቂ እንዳመሰሎ ምስ ናይ ህግደፍ መሕብኢ ምምሃዝ ክነጉድን ክቡር ዋጋ ክኸፍልን ጸኒሑ እዩ። እናሓደረ እናወዓለ ግና ናይ ህግደፍ ምህዞታት “ተፈታሕካዮስ ቁጻር ጥራይ” ምዃኑ ምስ ተረድአ “ስለምንታይን ክሳብ መዓስን ክተት?” ክብል ክኢሉ።
ብሰንክዚ ተኹታዂ ተግባራት ህግደፍ፡ ግዳይ ካብ ዝኾና ጐረባቲ ሃገራት ሓንቲ ሱዳን እያ። ብተደጋጋሚ ኣንጻራ ሓጸርትን ነዋሕትን ውግኣት ከፊቱ። ነቲ ኣብ ሱዳን ብዕልዋ ናብ ስልጣን ዝመጸ ወተሃደራዊ መንግስቲ ብምቅዋም፡ ሲቪላዊ ምምሕዳር ንምትካል ህዝቢ ሱዳንን ብዙሓት ሓለይቲ ወገናትን ዝረባረብሉ ዘለዉ ጻዕሪ ክዕንቅፍ ፈቲኑ ኣይተዓወተን። ኣብዚ ቀረባ ግዜ ብዘይኣፍልጦ ማእከላይ መንግስቲ ሱዳን፡ ተቓወምቲ ምብራቕ ሱዳን ናብ ኤርትራ ጸዊዑ ውዲት ክኣልም ዝወጠኖ’ውን ኣይተዓወተሉን። ዝምድናኡ ምስ ጅቡቲ ኣብ ደሓን ከምዘየለ ፍሉጥ እዩ። ጌና ክሳብ ሎሚ እውን ካብ ምስሕሓብን ህልኽን ኢዱ ኣይኣከበን። ካብ ሶማሊያ መቃድሾ ቅድሚ ሰለስተ ዓመታት ንክስልጥኑ ናብ ኤርትራ ዝተወስዱ ኣስታት ሓሙሽተ ሺሕ መንእሰያት ናብ ሃገሮም ክምለሱ ኣይፈቅድን ምስ በለ፡ ድሕሪ ናይ ዝተፈላለዩ ወገናት ተጽዕኖን መጠንቀቕታን ተገዲዱ ክመልሶም ጀሚሩ’ሎ። ገለ ካብኣቶም ኣብ ውግእ ትግራይ ኣእትይዎም ዝመቱ ምህላዎም ከኣ ኣዛራቢ ኮይኑ’ሎ። ኣብ ጉዳይ የመን ኢድ ብምእታዉ ብጽቡቕ ዓይኒ ዝረአ ኣይኮነን። ምስ ግብጺ፡ ደቡብ ሱዳንን ኬንያን ዝኣመሰላ ናይዚ ዞባና ሃገራት ዘለዎ ዝምድና እውን ኣብ ዓመጽን ዘይምትእምማንን ዝተመስረተ እዩ።

ህግደፍ ካብ ሓቀኛ ክውንነት ምርሓቕ ባህሪኡ ስለ ዝኾነ፡ ነቲ ናቱ ዘይህዝባውን ዘይሓላፍነታውን ምርጫ ዝጠንቁ ጸገማት ኤርትራ፡ ናብ ካልኦት ከላግብን “ኣጓንየሙኒ” ብዝብል ከስተማስልን እዩ ዝስማዕ። ዝተፈላለዩ ግዱሳት ወገናት “ኣብ ልዕሊ’ቲ ህዝበይ እትብሎ ግህሰታት ትፍጽም ኣለኻ’ሞ ዓገብ” ክብልዎ እንከለዉ፡ ናብ ውሽጡ ተመሊሱ ኣብ ክንዲ ምምዛንን ብመርተዖ ምምካትን፡ ብዓይኒ ጽልእን ዝርያን እዩ ዝርእዮም። ንኣብነት ቀያድን ናይ መወዳእታን ብይን ኮሚሽን ዶብ ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ንምትግባር ንገዛእ ርእሱ ቅሩብ ዘይምዃኑ ሓቢኡ፡ ኣሜሪካን ካለኦት ሃገራት ምዕራብን ከይትግበር ከም ዝዓንቀፋ ኣምሲሉ ክኸስስ እዩ ዝስማዕ። እዚ ኩሉ ዞባውን ኣህጉራውን ሓደገኛነቱ ንምሕባእ ዝምህዞ እዩ።
እቶም ቀዳሞት ግዳያት ኣተሓሳስባ ጉጅለ ህግደፍ ኤርትራውያን ኢና። ኣብቲ ኣንጻሩ ዝግበር ቃልሲ ቅድሚት ክንስለፍ ዝግበኣና እውን ባዕልና ኢና። እዚ ማለት ግና ናይ ቀረባ ይኹን ናይ ርሑቕን ምትሕግጋዝ ኣየድልየናን ማለት ኣይኮነን። “ህግደፍ ንዞባና’ውን ዘራጊ ሓይሊ እዩ” ኣብ ትሕቲ ዝብል ሚዛን ፡ ናይቶም ብሰንኩ ሰላም ሓሪምዎም ዘለዉ ኣካላት ምትሕግጋዝ ክንሓትት እንከለና፡ ናይቲ ጉጅለ ምውጋድ ካብ ኤርትራ ሓሊፉ ዞባዊ ረብሓ ‘ውን ኣለዎ ኢልና ስለ እንኣምን ኢና። ስለዚ ህግደፍ ኣብ ኤርትራዊ ጥራይ ዘይኮነ ዞባዊ ሓደጋ’ውን ስለ ዝኾነ፡ ጐረባብትና ሃገራት ምስ ህግደፍ ዘለዎም ምትእምማን ዝጐደሎ ዝምድና ኣቋሪጾም፡ ምእንቲ ሰላም፡ ናይ ሕባር ረብሓን ሰናይ ጉርብትናን፡ ኣብ ምውጋድ እዚ ናይ ሓባርና ሓደጋ ከበርክቱ ንጽወዕ።

ሰልፊ ዲሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ (ሰዲህኤ) ብምኽንያት በዓላት ልደተን ጥምቀትን ብሓፈሻ ንኹሎም ኤርትራውያን ብፍላይ ከኣ ንኣመንቲ ክርስትና፡ እንቋዕ ኣብጽሓና ብማለት ሰናይ ምንዮቱ ይገልጽ። ሓድሽ ዓመት 2023ን ዓመተ ሰላም፡ ጥዕናን ዓወትን ክኸውን ትምኒቱ ይገልጽ።

ኤርትራዊ ኪዳነ ዘካርያስ ሃብተማርያም፡ ብፖሊስ ኢማራት ኣብ ሱዳን ተኣሲሩ

ኣብ ሱዳን ኣብ ቀይዲ ዝኣተወ ኪዳነ ዘካርያስ (ምስሊ ካብ ማሕበራዊ መራኸቢ)
ፖሊስ ሕቡራት ኢማራት ዓረብ፡ ብ1 ጥሪ 2023 ኣብ ሱዳን፡ ብዘይሕጋዊ ምስግጋር ሰባትን ካልእ ተዛመድቲ ገበናትን ይድለ ንዝነረ ኤርትራዊ ኪዳነ ዘካርያስ ሃብተማርያም ምስ ሓዉን ካለኦት ናይ ቀረባ ተሓባበርቱን፡ ምስ ፖሊስ ሱዳን ብምትሕብባር ከም ዝኣሰርዎም ኣፍሊጡ። እቲ ማእሰርቲ ድሕሪ ናይ 9ተ ኣዋርሕ ናይ ኢማረትን ዓለምለኸ ምክትታል ፖሊስ (Interpol)ን ከም ዝተታሕዙ እቲ ዝወጸ መግለጺ ተሓቢሩ’ሎ።
በቲ ዓለምለኸ ምክትታል ፖሊስ ዝሓበሮ መሰረት፡ ኪዳነ ዘካርያስ፡ ክድለ ዝጸነሓሉ ምኽንያት፡ .ኣብ ስደተኛታት ምብራቕ ኣፍሪቃ፡ ናብ ኤውሮጳ ንምስጋር ብዝብል ብዘይሕጋዊ ኣገባብ ይሰርሕ ስለ ዝነበረ ምዃኑ ተሓቢሩ።
ኪዳነ ዘካርያስ፡ ብኢትዮጵያን ሆላንድን ናይ መውዳእታ፡ ናይ ምድላዩ መጠንቀቕታ ናብ ዓለም ለኸ ምክትታል ፖሊስ ቀሪብዎ ዝነበረ፡ ብምግዳድን ምስዋር ስደተኛታትን፡ ብተመሳሳሊ ክሳብ ብቅትለት ሰባትን ዓመጽ ኣብ ልዕሊ ደቂ ኣንስትዮን ዝበጽሕ ከበድቲ ገበናት ዝድለ ዝነበረ ገበነኛ እዩ።
ኪዳነ ዘካርያስ ቅድሚ ኣብ ሱዳን ምትሓዙ፡ ንዓኡ ብዝምልከት ናይ ዝተመስረተ ካብ ኢትዮጵያ፡ ሱዳን፡ ሆላንድ፡ ኢማራት፡ ኤውሮጳን ከባብያዊ ናይ ስርሒት ኣካላትን ብኣባልነት ብዝተሳተፍዎን ብሓገዝ ጸጥታ ሱዳንን ብዛዕባ ንምትሓዙ ዝምልከት ገምጋም ተኻይዱ ምንባሩ ተሓቢሩ። በዚ መሰረት ናይ ኢማራት ጸጥታ ብዝገበሮ ምክትታል፡ ኪዳነ ምስ ቤተሰቡ ብዝነበሮ ናይ ርክብ መርበብን ዘካይዶ ዝነበረ ዘይሕጋዊ ምዝውዋር ገንዘብን ክቃላዕ ተኻኢሉ።
ኪዳነ ዘካርያስ ብ2020 ኣብ ኢትዮጵያ ካብቶም ዝበደሎም ሰባት ብዝተረኽበ ሓበሬታ ተኣሲሩ ከም ዝነበረን ንዝተሓባበርዎ፡ ዝለዓለ ዓቐን ገንዘብ ከፊሉ ካብ ቤት ማእሰርቲ ናብ ቤት ፍርዲ ንምቕራብ ሒዘሞ ይኸዱ ካብዝነበሩ ሓለዋ ከም ዝሃደመን ይፍለጥ። ይኹን እምበር፡ ቤት ፍርዲ ኢትዮጵያ ኣብ ዘይህላወኡ ብለካቲት 2021 ንሕልፈት ከም ዝተፈርዶውን ካብ ኢትዮጵያ ዝተረኽበ ሓበሬታ የረድእ። እዚ ከምዚሉ እንከሎ። ርኢቶይ ኣብ ዜና፡ (may views on news) ዝተባህለ ፖለቲካውን ጸጥታውን ከባቢና እናተኸታተል ዜናዊ ጸብጻብ ዘቕርብ፡ ናይ ዩቱብ መስመር ብወገኑ ኪዳነ ዘካርያስ ናይ ኣቶ ኢሳያስ ኣፈወርቂ ናይ ቀረባ ዘመድን ምስ ትካል ንግዲ ኮርፐረሽ ቀይሕ ባሕሪ ምቅርራብ ከም ዝነበሮ ዝሕብር ጸብጻብ ኣቕሪብ።

ኣዲስ ስታንዳርድ፡ ዝተባህለት መርበብ ሓበሬታ ብወገና ብ4 ጥሪ 2023 ኣባላት ሰራዊት ኤርትራ ኣብ ከተማ ኣኽሱም ከም ዝነበሩን፡ ኣብ ጐደና ቻይና ጥቓ ቤት ትምህርቲ ሕክምና ካሕሱ፡ ክልተ ሰባት ከም ዝቐተሉን ናይ ዓይኒ መሰኻኽር ከም ዝገለጹላ ኣስፊራ።

Political programmes of the existing Eritrean pro-democracy and change forces reveal that they have more in common than what divides them. The topmost commonly held fundamental agendas that unite them include the following:
1. Identifying the ruling clique as their chief enemy; responsible
2. Preserving Eritrean sovereignty;
3. Removing the repressive regime;
4. Replacing the existing tyranny by a democratic constitutional system of governance that ensures the supremacy of the citizenry.
Upholding these objectives as they are, the political forces will have all the opportunity of raising their different viewpoints among the people while giving a final shape to the country’s constitutional structure.
The differences among Eritrean political formations can in no way prevent joint action against the repressive common enemy at home. The differences can be seen as choices for the people to consider in post-dictatorship setting. However, lack of proper handling and full understanding of the issues by their propagators could make them those differences look harmful and everlasting while they are not. Those of us who have been calling for joint work for joint victory do indeed appreciate that the seemingly big differences between organizations are not really big but easy to overcome. In the meantime, trying to put aside one’s differences and giving priority to the points of common understanding in order to launch joint work is not proving to be that easy, as seen in the case of the Eritrean opposition. We should not forget that putting it into action requires taking bold decisions and persistent determination to make joint work happen.
In other words, realizing our multiple proposals for joint work are facing hurdles because joint action calls for bringing closer the perceived points of disagreement and creating in a responsible manner a central space that accommodates all stakeholders. The key factors that prevent us from realizing joint work are:
1. General lack of not setting one’s priorities;
2. Failure to have common understanding of the primary enemy;
3. Failure of understanding the roles and freedoms of organizations as separate entities as well as members of the coalition for joint work; and
4. Not giving priority to people and country over one’s political formation.
Although difficult, it indeed is possible to resolve these differences and reach common understanding for joint action. But, we in the Eritrean opposition camp struggling for change in Eritrea, have not yet acquired the capabilities to take the right steps.
In the call for joint work, there should not be one who invites and another coming as an invited participant. No. It is important that all known stakeholders be part of the initiative and hold responsibilities from the get-go. The issue of unity or joint work cannot be simplified as ‘a trial and error’ matter. It is a strategy that requires high consideration and careful handling because it is the basic means that can clear the path for the aspired political change.
It was springing from this understanding and importance that the Eritrean People’s Democratic Party (EPDP) has been issuing proposals at its congresses and doing all what it can to promote the idea. For the EPDP, unity and joint action proposals for regime change and the establishment of democratic governance are much beyond the capabilities of one party or organization.
We fully understand that closing the gap and creating a platform for joint work between organizations with long simmering differences and mistrusts requires sufficient time in addition to effective and responsible capabilities. But it is absolutely unacceptable to see our forces for change losing time by hiding behind indefensible excuses instead of facing the timely challenges head-on. Waiting for others to respond sometimes proves to be tiresome and frustrating, but there is no choice other than steadfastly trying to realize the right path for change.
Understandably, success through joint work depends on the capabilities of the forces that come together for a joint work and the outcome is the sum total of their inputs. If the individual members making up the coalition lack capabilities, their coming together will remain just nominal and incapable of doing the required work.
A framework for joint work should not be understood to mean end of the work by the forces capable in immensely contributing in the struggle. Prioritizing and organizing in a responsible way the specific contributions of the parties, movements and organizations forming the joint platform is very essential. Instead of promoting one issue at a time, it is possible to conduct multiple related tasks alongside each other. For example, while working on how to remove the tyrant regime in Asmara, it is also important to work at the same time on how to guarantee state sovereignty, unity of the people, the tasks required in the transition period, and the modalities of popular participation in the various tasks.
The current developments in our region do put the PFDJ clique in corner and encourage the forces of change to do more. The unwarranted involvements of the repressive regime in regional matters, and particularly its interferences in Ethiopia, have further exposed its anti-people cruelties and excesses.
In spite of all the efforts exerted so far, our opposition camp has gravely failed to respond to the question of unity and joint work. This failure demonstrates that we have been handling the issues in a wrong way. Our past shortcomings are deeply regrettable. However, it is now time to learn from past mistakes and do what is right. It will be sad if we do not learn from our past and mend our ways in the future. Therefore, our old motto of “Joint struggle for joint victory” is still alive and without other alternative.
