Eritrea Festival 2016 in Frankfurt Was Another Success in the Struggle for Democratic Change
Written by EPDP Information OfficeThe annual Eritrea Festival in Frankfurt, held between 12 an 14 August 2016, was another success story this year for Eritrean democratic forces struggling for positive change in a country and people who suffered for the past 25 years under the most repressive regime in Africa.
This year's festival brought together some of Eritrea's topmost political figures, intellectuals, and influential media people in addition to representatives of Eritrean political organizations and civic activists. These included well known names like Ambassador Adhanom Ghebremariam (USA); Dr/Ambassador Andebrhan Weldegiorgis (Belgium); Professor Ghirmay Negash (USA); Dr. Almaz Zerai (Germany); Mrs. Asghedet Mehreteab (USA); Dr. Russom Mesfin (Eri-Vision - USA); Mr. Saleh (Gadi) Johar (Awate.com - USA); Mr. Abdurahman Said (Europe); Mr. Tzegai Negash (USA); Mr. Gherezgeher Tewelde (Canada), and young Bereketeab Yohannes (Canada).
All of them could successfully convey timely messages to their audience and the Eritrean people at large. Representatives of German and Swedish parties were also at hand to express their deepest solidarity and sympathies with distressed Eritrea and its people.
The Friday, 12 August, events of the Festival included a well-received presentation by Professor Ghirmai Negash, who was a leading cadre in the days of the liberation struggle and currently a university professor in the United States. Professor Ghirmay talked about how Eritreans should search for "the road leading back to home" and the importance of reviving and incorporating in modern jurisprudence the spirit of Eritrean customary laws and social values. The presentation was followed by a lively discussion that stole time from other events.
The main Festival Panel on Saturday was opened by a welcoming address of Mr. Taddesse Asmelash, chairman of the Eritrean Democratic Association (EDA) which annual organizes the Frankfurt festivals in cooperation with the Europe branches of the Eritrean People's Democratic Party (EPDP).
This was followed by solidarity speeches by representatives of the German Green Party and Free Democratic Party while the ruling Christian Democratic Party (CDU) delegate, Herr Thomas Kirchner, had last minute inconvenience from appearing at the Festival podium. The German parties expressed full commitment to support forces of change in Eritrea and encouraged Eritrean refugees also to do their utmost to be integrated in the German society.
Another moving speech-cum-solidarity message was presented by Mr. Thomas Magnuson, a Swedish civil society activist and member of the Swedish Social Democratic Party, who coordinates refugee programs in his country (full text of his speech as well as of the other panelists are being posted in www.harnnet.org).
Mr. Menghesteab Asmerom, chairman of the EPDP, presented the keynote speech at the Festival following solidarity messages that included statements made by Eritrean political organizations, and civil society movements of youth and women. In his speech, presented both in Tigrinia and Arabic, the EPDP chairman explained the worsening situation in Eritrea and the status of the gradually but surely growing opposition camp and the hope of creating a viable umbrella organization for effective work in the struggle for speedy change in Eritrea.
Representatives of the Ad Hoc Committee preparing the second part of the Nairobi conference on National Consultation made an illustrated explanation of the work so far achieved in the effort to bring together all Eritrean justice seekers under a working umbrella. Ad Hoc Committee chairman, Mr. Suleiman Adem, and his colleague, Mr. Tesfai Woldemichael (Degiga) led the discussion on the subject of unity and the prospects ahead.
A round-table discussion for first, second and third generation Eritreans (elders and youths) was organized by the EPDP Youth Affairs Office. The event was well moderated by Ms Feven Ghideon. The issues for discussion included the differences between the old and young generation of Eritreans and the problems the post-independence generation is facing. A heated debate involved by many members of the audience.

Another important round-table discussion involved all the prominent Festival guests mentioned in paragraph two in this article. These were the leading Festival guests who also made rich presentations at a three-day conference on Trust Building among Eritreans which preceded the Eritrea Festival 2016. The round-table discussion, moderated both by Ms Eritrea Alazar, head of the EPDP Office for Women's Affairs, and Ms. Adiam Tefera, EPDP Central Council member, tried to provoke the panelists to summarize in a few words the various papers they presented at the Trust Building Conference.
The rest of the night as of 11pm was left for musicians and folkloric singers who engaged everybody in dancing till the morning.
It is to be noted that among the Eritrean organizations that made or submitted solidarity messages at the Eritrea Festival 2016 included Eritrean Democratic Party (EDP- message read by Mr. Menghesteab Afewerki); Eritrean National Salvation Front, ENSF-Hidri (message presented by Mr. Fessehazion Ghebre); ENSF (submitted by Mr. Mensour Abdulhadi); Eritrean Women's Initiative Association (presented by Mrs. Alganesh Ghebre); Eritrean Revolutionary Democratic Front - Sedege'e (presented by Mr. Kibreab Mesghina); Eritrean Youth Solidarity for Change (EYSC - presented by Mr. Wedeb Tedros); Eritrean Youth Movement for Democratic Change (EYMDC - presented by Abdulkadir Shifa), and Eritrean Unity for Democratic Change (submitted by Mr. Ghebrehiwet Kifle).

Speech by Thomas Magnusson, a civil servant working with refugees in Sweden, in Festival 2016

Friends, I cannot tell you anything about Eritrea that you do not already know. My perspective is as an outsider.
I will speak to you as a civil servant working with refugees in Sweden, I am employed at the center for Integration in the city of Gothenburg, where we have among others also the new coming refugees from Eritrea. I will speak as a social democrat, I am the chairperson of the International committee of the social democratic party in Gothenburg, I will speak also as a peace activist, I have been an active member of the Swedish Peace movement for all my life, and for many years worked for the international peace movement, as president of the International Peace Bureau based in Geneva, Switzerland.
I speak as an outsider. My knowledge on the current situation in Eritrea is based on working with the new-arrived refugees from Eritrea, who comes to the Center for Integration run by the city council of Gothenburg. I have heard many witnesses of the brutality of the Eritrean regime, a brutality that made those youngsters risk their lives to escape and seek asylum far away from their motherland.
I have also colleagues at that office from Eritrea who have lived for many years in Sweden, now doing an excellent job to introduce and assist the newcomers, teaching and giving the necessary knowledge and advice about Sweden, Keleta Zehaie is one of those teachers, but there are also others.
But the most important knowledge comes out of the stories from the new-arrived refugees. Stories about cruelty, about being threatened to life, about torture.
Facts and information about the Eritrea they have left, the Eritrea that is still in their heart. Stories from destroyed life, stories of unbelievable suffering.
I know of course that I meet only those refugees from Eritrea who have been lucky enough to escape the military service or other means of cruelty of the regime in Eritrea, those who have been lucky enough not to get caught in refugee camps in Sudan or elsewhere without any chance to reach further, those who have been lucky enough to escape smugglers and refuge –exploiters in Libya or Egypt or Israel – also people with unbelievable cruelty, I meet only those who have been lucky enough not to drawn and die in the Mediterranean on their way to Europe, I meet only those who have found a safe haven in Europe and who have got a chance to restart their life.
All that I hear, all that I know shows that we need to do more, to give more people from Eritrea and elsewhere the chance to start a new life in Europe, to get education, to be able to work and be self supporting, to get their wounds healed…
And in order to keep Europe refugee-friendly, to fight back against Xenophobia explored by the right wing politicians, we must all unite, Eritreans, Germans, Swedes and we must be successful with integrating the new arrivers in jobs, schools, language training and all those fields that might irritate those who believe that refugees comes to Europe just to irritate…
In order to help in any way we can, we have formed a new organization I Gothenburg, an Eritrea-Sweden friendship association, which we call “Eritrea in our heart”. The idea is to inform about the situation in Eritrea, not only about the disastrous political situation, but also about positive memories, kultur, music, people… This organization is open for Eritreans but for all who are interested in Eritrea.
Friends, my perspective when I speak at this conference is the outsider, my images comes not only from the new arrived refugees but also from persons like Keleta Zehaie whom I have known since the struggle for independence, since the 1990 and before. Persons I trust. Persons who try to make me understand why the liberation of Eritrea was betrayed, how your right to form the new country Eritrea was stolen from you.
I understand that this conference, and previous conferences here in Frankfurt, serve the purpose to bring the country back to democracy, back to Human rights, back to peace, back to rule of law. And I support and second the slogan of this conference, a joint struggle, broad cooperation to reach those values that the liberation of Eritrea was all about.
Friends, I want to bring greetings to this conference from the social democratic party of Sweden, to its sister party, the Eritreans Peoples Democratic Party. Greetings from social democrats in Gothenburg, and greetings from the International secretary of Social Democratic Party in Stockholm Andrine Winter.
Can the social democratic Party of Sweden do more to support your struggle? I am open to hear your suggestions, and to bring any message from you to my party in Sweden, and do what I can do with my limited ability to increase the visibility of the situation in Eritrea, of the need for support and attention. I do think that cooperation between social democratic parties is essential.
A joint struggle, joining together progressive Eritreans who have a democratic and free Eritrea as their goal.
And a joint striuggle where social democrats from different countries support and give inspiration to each other
Friends, I have already told that I know a number of Eritreans living in Sweden, some I know already from the time of the struggle for indepence. Some who have remained friends through all those years.
But there are a number of Eritreans in Gothenburg, who have been transformed in a way I could not predict when we got to know each other and together celebrated the independent and free Eritrea in May 1991. I am of course talking about people who are supporters of Isaias Afwerki and his regime.
Frankly to say, I have failed to understand how people from Eritrea, who were strongly in favour of a free and independent Eritrea, and now are living in the democracy of Sweden, can accept and support the brutality and ruling of the regime. How can those Eritreans deny what is obvious, how can they deny facts, how can they ignore the witnesses that arrives at their doorsteps in Sweden every day.
Some of those deniers, some of the friends of the oppression, friends of the dictator, friends of the absence of law – I came to know them in my home city Gothenburg already when the liberation took place, I shared their joy and happiness for finally having reached independence for Eritrea. Those people have turned from being spokesmen of democracy and freedom, to be defender of un-democracy and lack of freedom, and frankly I cannot understand the transformation they have gone through. I have asked them to explain, but I have got no explanation!

I have through my professional life met many refugees from many countries, and there are always people who are selling their sole, who are making money from reporting back to the regime that made them be refugees.. People who use their refugee status to be criminals, to serve dictators. They exist in all groups, some are even sent to Euorpe with the purpose to be spies, refugee-spies.
But I know of no other group of refugees, who has a comparable situation, like those Eritreans who openly are supporting an oppressive regime, who even betray and work against the new arrived refugees.
Friends, the American pacifist and revolutionary, A J Muste (living between 1885 and 1967) once said that the problem after a war always is with the winner – who will learn him the lesson.
But history will catch up with Isaias Afwerki who according to a United Nation panel in 2015 (quote)“has imposed a reign of fear through systematic and extreme abuses of the population that may amount to crimes against humanity” (unquote)
What is going on in Eritrea under the current regime is not un-known for the outside world. There are enough reports, from UN Panel, from Amnesty International etc.
But still, it is much more attention given to other conflicts, other refugee-sending situations, like Syria, like Afghanistan. Libya, Turkey, Palestina-Istrael and other countries in trouble are much more on the media news than Eritrea. The war situation in those other countries are much easier to report in media, than a constant ongoing oppression like the one in Eritrea.
You who know, you who are present at this festival and conference have an important task to tell the world, to tell concerned citizens, radicals in every country about the situation in your homeland. I know you do, I just want to encourage you to continue, telling the world.
Friends, I speak to you as an outsider, as a refugee worker in Gothenburg city, as a social democrat and as a peace activist.
I bring greetings from the peace movement in Gothenburg. I have since I was young been an activist in the Peace movement. I have been chairman of the Swedish Peace and Arbitration Society which is the biggest peace organization in Swden, and the oldest still existing peace organization I the world, started in 1882. And I was also for seven years the president of International Peace Bureau, an umbrella network for peace movements all over the world, with some 300 member organizations in more than 70 countries.
Peace is my life mission, already during my school years I came in contact with books and philosophies of well known peace activists. I want to tell you a little bit about my thinking peace and war, and struggle for freedom and democracy.
One of my heroes from I was a young school boy was Martin Luther King, the leader of the civil right movement in the United States of America. I red books, and I bought a record of his most well known speeches, and some of his speaches I learn by hart.
Martin Luther King was not only fighting for the right of equal treatment for the black community in the United states, the right to go to the same schools as the white majority. The right to sit on whatever seat you wanted in a public bus. This is what Martin Luther King is well known for.
But he also became a main voice against the United States war in Vietnam, a war against a freedom struggle in a small far away country where US was said to defend this country against communism. Martin Luther King saw, that the black youngsters was drafted for military service in the war, but did not get job or education at home because of the color of their skin. So why should they fight in a foreign war against other young people, who maybe also was drafted to serve in a warfare they did not feel themselves as part of. Maybe they were also without basic rights in their country. He started to question the war in Vietnam and other wars that were fought by the United States of America.
By reading about Martin Luther King I understood why the struggle for freedom, and the struggle for peace are two sides of the same coin, that peace cannot exist without freedom and freedom cannot exist without peace. Also, peace is equal to democracy, peace is equal to human rights.
The most self evident right for human beings is the right to live in Peace. Every nation on earth, every person want to live in peace. I think we can do that to a starting point for any discussion about any political issue
As many of the prominent leaders and spokesmen of the peace movement, I believe that there is a danger in the very use of violence, guns, arms, to achieve political goals. I am not denouncing the right for self defense, but we must talk much more about what is the result in the mind and head of those youngsters who are trained in use of violence and military means to achieve goals. This is of special danger when the individuals cannot fully understand or agree with the purpose of the use of violence.
In the world of today we see an increasing use of violence. Terrorist actions get a lot of attention. But also the general violence in the society are increasing in many countries, and especially in the united States,
Much of the interior violence in United States and other western countries are committed by former soldiers. Also in Sweden we know that some of the Swedish soldiers returning home from fighting in Afghanistan have been mentally sick from their experience as soldiers in a war far away that they don’t understand why it is fought. At home, after return, they have used violence, against their own family, wife and children. Young men who have destroyed their own life, and the life of their bellowed ones. This is also the case in other European countries, there is a clear the link between increasing domestic violence, and a growing number of wars that the European countries are taking part in.
Likewise, it comes many refugees to Europe and Sweden from war zones, who have also been part in war actions, and whatever good course it has had, it might also have damaged the mind and thinking and believes of those people. Some of the deadly violence in European countries are committed by refugees, who have been mentally ill from their experience from the war they have been part of.
We need to be aware of the high risk of using violence, and take part in violent action, because the human body and the human mind is peaceful, and can be damaged severely by the use of violence.
Because of this, it is important to train resistance without violence, to study and train the methods of non violent resistance. This is a whole science in itself, and those methods have been used in every situation where the people are involved in uproar, in struggle for freedom and democracy. Those methods include demonstrations and protests, vigils and more sophisticated methods to withdraw the support that every regime is depending on from its citizens, how brutal it may be.
Just one example . during the second world war Norway was occupied by the Germany, who wanted to introduce the Nazi ideology in the school curriculum in Norway. The teacher did not want to do that, but instead of simply refuse to give the lectures that the Nazis expected, which would automatically lead to imprisonment, maybe execution, they organized a mass-action with teachers all over the country writing letters and asking thousands of questions on how to do, what to tell, and it made the German rulers totally occupied for months to answer stupid questions, while the education continued as before. The teacher never refused to do – they just claimed they did not understand the orders, and kept on asking.
Mahatma Gandhi of India, said that there are no road to peace / peace is the road. If you want to live in peace, act in peace.
Friends. For 200 years Sweden stayed out of war. I want to give you a very quick introduction to Swedish history of peace. How was that possible? How could Sweden be transformed from a country that was involved in constant wars and conflicts with its neighboring countries for as long as Sweden existed as a united country, or at least from the 16th century to the 19th century.
But something changed in 1814., 200 years ago. Sweden was by that time a kingdom, with most of the power concentrated to one single person. In 1814, the king was very old, and without any children that could inherit the throne, so a young French man have been persuade to come to Sweden and be the new king, after the death of the old king. This Frenchmen was a military man, he has been a leading military in Napoleons army, and the people who persuade him to come to Sweden thought that his military merits was exactly what was needed for a Swedish King.
But when this man Jean Baptiste Bernadotte first time came to Sweden he understood that Sweden was a very poor country. There was no chance for Sweden to continue try to be a military superpower of Europe, to conquer other countries, or to build colonies. So this military man Jean Baptiste Bernadotte made peace agreements with the neighboring countries, and primarily with Denmark and Germany who have been the main enemies to Sweden. The last war was fought with Norway in 1814, a short war, which ended in a peace agreement the same year.
Sweden did no longer spend its taxation money on military build up.
Instead – the most important reform in Swedish history came in 1842 – a free school for all children. Sweden was still a poor country, but all Swedish boys and girls learned how to read and write.
Because of the poor circumstances that Sweden had, one million Swedes emigrated to United States between 1850 and 1950. The Swedish people in US did very well, because they had an advantage compared with the many other people from Europe that came during the same time – the poor emigrants from Sweden could read and write. Many of them returned to Sweden with money, started small factories or businesses. This was the start of Swedish industrialization.
Sweden managed to stay out of the two big European wars during the 20th century, , the first world war and the second world war. And when most of Europe was in ruins was Swedish Industries intact, and could produce and sell.
This was the birth of the Swedish welfare system based on the policy that made Sweden stay out of wars: welfare instead of warfare.
Swedish policy of neutrality, also made it possible for Sweden to act as mediator in many conflicts, and has also been able to play an independent role by for example support the fight against apartheid in South Africa and the right for the Palestinian people, against the will of the superpowers. Sweden has for many years played an important role as an independent voice in the world for disarmament, against nuclear weapons, and for freedom from oppression, with the Swedish prime minister Olof Palme as one of the most well known spokesmen.
Friends, Eritrea has today a leadership based on military power. Military power can be used towards external enemies, and also to create and sustain external enemies. And a countries military can, as proved in today’s Eritrea, be used against its own people.
You managed 25 years ago to reach independence. The next goal is to reach freedom, democracy, peace and human rights.
I do wish you and the Eritrean Peoples Democratic Party every success in your joint struggle. I think you have seen enough of leadership based on military power. I hope you will be able to start building a new Eritrea soon, based on the values of freedom, democracy, peace, human rights.
And welfare instead of warfare!

# ሕጂ ክንገብሮ ዘሎና መንገድን ምስቲ ብብዙሓት ብጾት ዝቕረብዎ ዝነኣድ ኣስትምህሮታትን ኣብ ግምት ዘእተወ ናተይ ርእይቶን?
- ሓደ ካብ’ቲ ህንጸት ምትእምማን ዝብል መባእታዊ መበገሲ ክልመድ ዘለዎን ሓደ ውድብ ወይ ውድባት ግንባራት ሓድነት ጌሮም ወይ ልፍንቲ ፈጢሮም ኣብ ዝበሃለሉ እዋን ከም ተመኩሮ እንጽበዮ እንታይ ይመስል? ከም ግቡእ ይሕመቕ ይጸብቕ ይዕበ ይንኣስ እንቋዕ ኣመጎሰኩም ምባል ልሙድ ኣይኮነን ክልመድ ዘለዎ እዩ።
- ኣብ ደንበ ተቓዉሞ ብሓፈሻ ኣብ ኣማራርሓ ውድባትና ድማ ብፍላይ ናይ ምብልሓት ናይ ምጽውዋር ባህሪ ኣብ ዝተሓተን ዝደኸመን ጥርዚ ምህላዉ ይንበብ እዩ። እዚ ክብል ከለኹ ኣብ ኩሎም መራሕቲ ተር ከም ዓተር ማለተይ ኣይኮነን ብዝኾነ ነዚ ዝፈጠሮ ምኽንያት ናይ መዋእል ኣብ ቃልሲ ምጽናሕ ተትካኢ ወለዶ ዘይምርካብ እንተወሓደ ን40 ወይ ልዕሊኡ ዓመታት ኣእምራዊ ኣካላዊ ሞራላዊ ድኻም ካብ ዘሕለፈ ሓንጎል ወዲ-እትጽበዮ እዚ ባህሪ’ዚ እዩ ስለ’ዚ ለውጢ ናይ ኣታሓሳስባ ክመጽእ ንጽበ ኢና። ምፍትሒ ናይ እዚ ምርካብ ክድሊ እዩ እንታይ ይኹን? መፍትሒ ሃሰስ ምባል ከድሊ እዩ ብርእይቶይ ነዚ ተዳኺሙ ዘሎ ብኵራት ንምምላስ ናይ ምሕዳስ ሓንጎል ዝዕላማኡ ኮርሳት መድለየ ይከኣል’ዶ? ንገዛ ይግደፍ
- ብኻልእ ሸነኽ ኣብ መንእሰይና ኣጋጢሙ ዘሎ ተማሳሳሊ ወይ ክቢድ ሽግርዉን ኣሎ ነዚ ድማ ካብ’ቲ ናይ ዓበይቲ ናይ ሞራል ቀውሲ ብዝበርትዔ መንእሰይና ተሃስዩ ከም ዘሎ ጥርጥር የሎን እዚ ሓይሊ ሕብረተሰብ’ዚ ነዚ ዘለዎ ሽግር ከይፈታሕካን ከየስታኻኸልካን መተካእታ ምጽባይ ድማ እቲ ካልእ ከቢድን ኣታሓሳሳብን ኣጀንዳ እዩ። ናይ እዚ መፍትሒ ዝበሃል ድማ ሓያል እዩ እንተኾነ ኣምጺእካዮ ሃሰስ በለሉ ክበሃለኒ ምዅኑ ስለዝፈልጥ ኣብ ዝተወሰነ ቦታን ጊዜን ምሉእ ሕክምናን ተራፒን ( Terapien ) ከም ዘድልዮ ይግምት ንተግባራውነቱ ግን ልዕሊ ዓቕሚ ምዃኑ ይርኢ
- ጸገም ኣብ ዝሓለፍናዮም ተመኵሮታት ብሓባር ኣብ ምምዛን ክሳብ ሕጂ ንሃገራዊ ህንጸት ብዘርብሕ ብግሉጽነት ድማ ኣይተራእየን ኣድላይነትከ ኣለዎዶ? ንዝብል ብወገነይ እወ እዩ። ካብ’ቲ ዓበይቲ ሽግራት መሕብኢ ዘይግሉጽነት ኣለዎ ዘብልውንስቡሕ ባይታ ኣብ’ዚ ኣሎ ብሃላይ እየ።

እቲ ምኽንያት ድማ ናይ’ዚ ኩሉ በብዓመቱን ወርሓቱን ዝተነድቀን ዝፈረሰን ሓድነታት ምሕዝነታት ልፍንቲታት ግንባራት እንታይ ምዃኑ ግምታዊ እንበርመጽናዕታዊ መልሲ የብለይን። ኣብነት ምሕዝነት ናይ ተቓወምቲ ዝጀመረሉ ካብ 1992 ንንጀው ስምምዕ ጅዳ ናይ ኽልቲኤን ቅድሚ ሽዑዑ ኣብ ኢትዮጵያ ዝነበራ ሳግምን ደመሓኤን ሓዊስካ ተሓኤ ሓጋጊ ኣካል ክልተ/ኣካላት ስሙር ውድብ ከምኡውን እቲ ድሮ ቆይሙ ዝነበረ ጀሃድ ወሲኽካ ዝተሰርሔ ምሕዝነት ብናይ ጅዳ ምሕዝነት ዝፍለጥ ፌርምኡ ከይነቐጸ ዝፈረሰ እንደገና ብድሕሪኡ ቕድሚ ናይ ኢትዮጵያ ምሕዝነት ናይ ካርቱም ናይ ሰለስተ ውድባት ምሕዝነት ማለት ተሓኤ/ሰባይቶን ሓጋጊ ኣካልን እስላማዊ ምንቅስቓስን ካልኣይ ምሕዝነት ኣብ ኢትዮጵያ 3ይ ምሕዝነት ደሓር ኪዳን ዋዕላ ኣዋሳ ወዘተ ብወድዓዊ ገምጋምን ሚዛንን ንህዝብን መሰረታትን ስለምንታይ ፈሽልና ዝብል ሓፈሻዊ ገምጋም የድሊ’ዶ ኔሩ? እወ እብል ብወገነይ።
ንምንታይ ዝብል መልሲ ኣሎኒ ጌጋ ክህልወኒ ክትምልኡለይ ይጽበ እየ። እዚ ኩሉ ስምምዕን ውድቀትን ሳዕቤንን ብዕግበተይ እዚ ኣብ ላዕሊ ዘሎ እንተተፈትሹ ዝበዝሕሚስጢር ናይ ፍሽለታት ኣብ’ዚ ዓንኬል’ዚ ኣሎ ዝብል ዕግበት ስለ ዘሎኒ። ሓንቲ ምሳሌ ክጠቕስ እዚ ኩሉ ጠቒሰዮ ዘለኹ ዋላ ከም መበገሲ እንተወሲድና 90% ብዕግበትን ተበግሶን ናይ’ዚ ዝፈረመን ዝፈረሰን ውድባት ኣይተወስደን በሃላይ እየ። ኣብ ሱዳን ኣብ ስዑዲ ኣብ ኢትዮጵያ ይወሰድ እዘን ውድባት ብወድዕነትን ኣድላይነት ኣለዎን ብዝብል ኢለን ዘበገስኦ ዘይኮነስ ብዝተፋላለየ ተበጊሱ እንቢ ከይብላ እንቢ ኢለን ተባሂሉ ብዝተፋላለየ ኩርናዕ ተጻብኦ ከይውርወረን ንምክልኻል ኢለን ዝወሰድኦ ይመስል ኩሉ ኣማሊኡ ብመጽናዕቲ ምምጽኡን ዘምምጽኡን ገላጺ ሰነድ የብለይን ግን ኔርዎ ዝብል ሰነድ ዝቕርብውን ኣይረኸብኩሉን ኣሎኒ ዝብል እንተሎ ድማ ክመሃር ይደሊ እየ። ህላዌኻ ንምርግጋጽ መሰረታትካ ንምህዳእ ንሕና ንብዝሕ ሰራዊት ንውንን ንሕና ንዓቢ ታርጌት ከይንኸዉን እንዳተባህለ ብዘይ ግሉጽነት ዝኣቶናዮ ሓድነታት ድማ ኣብ ኣማራርሓ ካብ ዝመጽእ ካብ 2004 ንደሓር ብዙሕ ክፈልጥ ኪኢለ እየ።

ሕጂ ዘድልየና ዘሎ ህጹጽን መድሕን ሃገርን ዝኸውን ምብልሓት እዩ። ስለ’ዚ ኣብ ምድምዳም ካብ ኩሉ እቲ ክበሃል ዝቐነየን ዝተበጽሔን መጽናዕትታት ኣብ ግምት ዘእተወ ምስ ውሑድ ተመኵሮይውን ዘንብቦ ከም’ቲ መደርቲ ናይ ክልቲኡ መዓልቲ ዘቕረብዎ ብኽለሳ-ሓሳብውን እንተገፍሔ ኣብ ሰለስተ ዓበይቲ ግንባራት ዝምቀል ሓይልታት ኣብ ተቓውሞ ደንበ ኣሎ ብሚዛነይ፡
ሀ) እቲ ንኡስ ፍልልያትውን ይሃልዎ ዕላማናዊ ወይ ሓውሲ ዕልማናዊ ዝብሃል ውድባትን ፓርቲታትን ኣብ ሓደ ክመጽእ ብመጽናዕትን ብድልየትን ብሓላፍነታዊ ምስትውዓልን እስትራተጅያዊ ግንባር ክሃንጽ ይግባእ እብል።
ለ) እቲ ብሄራዊ ወይ ናብ ብሄራዊ ዝቐርብ መደብ ዕዮ ዝውንን ጥርናፈ ኽጥርነፍ ክተባባዕን ናብኡ ዝዕድም ባይታ ክህሉን ምትብባዕ ግን ድማ ብድሌት።
ሐ) እቶም ሃይማኖታውያን ውድባትዉን ብክም’ዚ ብድልየት ኣታባቢዕካ ከም’ዚ ኣብ ላዕሊ ዝሎ ኽልተ ፎርሙላ ክቃራረቡ ድሕሪ ምግባር ነዞም ሰለስተ ጸረ-ህግድፍ ኣካላት ከማኡዉን ሲቪክ ማሕበራት ብምስሎም ክስርዑ ዓዲምካ ነዚኦም ዝጥርንፍ መካኒዝም ሚኒሙም ፕሮግራም ሰሪሕካ እንዳተሓላለኻን እንዳተዳጋገፍካን ዝኸይድ ወቃዒ ሓይሊ ክግበር ይከኣል እዩ ዝብል ግምት ኣሎኒ።

ኣቐዲምና ኣብ ኩነታት ጥዕናኹም ድሕነት ንሓትት ኣብ እትገብርዎ ናይ ለውጥን ሰላምን ርግኣትን ሃገረ አርትራ ኣሳልጦን ዓወትን እምንየልኩም። ኣስዒብና ኣብ እተካይድዎ ዘለኹም ሰፊሕ ፈስትቲቫል ኤርትራ 2016 ብዓወት ክዛዘም ድልየትናን ባህግናን ምዃኑ ንሕብር። ነዚ ኣጋጣሚ“ዚ ተጠቒምና ድማ ኣብዚ ፈስቲቫል ተሳተፍቲ ክንከዉን ንዝተገብረልና ዕድመ ልዑል ክብርን ምስጋናን ኢና እንህቦ።

ዝኸበርክንን ዝኸበርኩምን ተሳተፍቲ እዚ ፈስቲቫል ፍራንክፈርት ኣብ‘ዚ ፈስቲቫል‘ዚ ተላዒሎም ዘለውን ክለዓሉ ዝኽእሉን ዛዕባታት ኣብ ተግባር እንተነውዕሎም ህዝብና ካብ ዘለዎ ጨንቅን መከራን ምተናገፈ ንሕናዉን ከም ውድባትን ሲቪክ ማሕበራትን ው/ሰባትን ብጠቕላላ ጽላል ደንበ/ፍትሒ ዝብሃል ንእሽቶ ታሪኽ መትረፍና ስኽፍትታናውን መውረድና። ነዚ ኣብ ግምት ዘእተወ ከም ውድብ ግሃደኤ-ሕድሪ ምስ ኩሉ እዚ ኣብ ላዕሊ ዝጠቐስናዮ ጽላል ደንበ ፍትሒ ኼና ካባና ዝጥለብ ዘበለ ኩሉ ክንፍጽም ድሉዋት ከም ዘለና ክንሕብርን ከነስምረሉን ንደሊ። እዚ ኣባሃህላ‘ዚ ሕጂዉን ከም ቀደሙ መዓስ‘ከ ሕማቕ ትዛረቡ ልሙድ እንዳእሉ ተባሂሉ ዝሕለፍ ግን ኣይኮነን እቲ ምኽንያትን እቲ ግዝያትን ናብ ከምኡ ዕድል ዝህብ ስለዘይኮነ እሞ ንሕሰበሉ።
ኣብ ዓለም ንጎታ ክሸጡ ከይትቕተል ተባሂሉ ንሓርማዝ ምኽልኻል ክግበረላ ከሎ ንኤርትራዊ ግን ብሂወቱ ኮላሊቱ ልቡን ካልእ ውሽጣዊ ኣካላቱን ወጺኡ ኽሽየጥ መን ይከላኸለሉ? ወዲ-ሰብ ብናይ መዋእለ- እንስሳ ሃድን ተራእዩ ብዘይፈልጥ ብወተጉ ከም ገመል ኽሕረድ ዝተራእየ ኣብ ሊብያ ወዲ-መን‘ዩ? ኣብ ዝኾነ ባሕሪ ሰሃራ ምድረበዳ ሞይቱ ተረኺቡ ሬስኡ ኣይንደልዮን ኣይንወስዶን ተባሂሉ ዝተፈንፈነ ወዲ-ኣየነይቲ ዓዲ እዩ? እዚኣ እንድያ እታ ኤርትራ ንብላ እዚ ኩሉ ምኽኒታት ሽጎማኖ መጕሓፊ መመኽነይ ከይፈራሕና ንእሳያስ ኢና እንህቦ?
እሳያስ ሕሙምን ጽሉልን ኮይኑ እንተተረኺቡ‘ኸ መን እዩ እቲ ካልኣይ ሓላፍነት ዝስከም ኣነ? ንስኻ? ንስኺ? ንስኹም? እንዶዒ ሕስብሉ ንሕሰበሉ። መልሲ ናይ እዚ እታ ኣብ ላዕሊ ዝጠቐስኩዋ ከም ውድብ ኣብ እጃምና ምልዓል ኣሎና ሎሚ ግን ትማሊ ከምዘይኮነት ንምእማት ተባሂሉ ዝመጸ ኣዩ።
ሎሚ ብዛዕባ ህግድፍ ብዙሕ ክንምድር ኣይግዛኡን ህግድፍ ቃል ብቓሉ ጸረ ብልጽግንና ጸረ ሰላም ጸረ ፍጡር ጸረ ድኹማት ጸረ መንእሰያት ጸረ ደቂ ኣንስትዮ ጸረ ኣካለ-ስንኩላን ካብ ዝኸዉን ድሮ ካብ 25 ዓመት ንላዕሊ ኣቝጺሩ እዩ። ኣብ መደምደምታ ድማ ካብ‘ዚ ሒዝናዮ ዘሎና ዓመት ኣብ ካላኣይ ኢዮበል የራኽብና ኢሉና እዚ ማለት ብርእይቶ ናይ መብዛሕትና እንተመትኩዉን ሬሳይ ኽገዛኩም እዩ ዘስምዕ !!!!!ኪኖ እዚኣ ሕልፈት ዝበሃል ዘሎ ኣይመስለናን እሞ ብኤኮኖሚ ድዩ ብፖሎቲካ ብሕብረተሰባዊ ድዩ ብፖሊሲ ብዲክተይተር ድዩ ብዶብ ዝብል ትንትና ጌርና ሰብ ኣይነዳኽም ኣይንድከም ፍታሕ ነናዲ። ብርእይቶና እቲ ሓደ ካብ ፍትሓት ይኸዉን እዩ ኢልና ንኣምነሉ ከም ውድብ ሓንሳብን ንሓዋሩን ተመኩሮና ምምዛንን ድኻማትናን ዘሎና ነቄፌታት ብግሉጽ ምሎዓልን ጽቡቝ መበገሲን ናብ ትስፉው መደምደሚ ከብጽሓና ይኽእል እዩ ንብል።

Eritrean Opposition Media: Constructive or Destructive?

While incessantly expressing our views on the nature and state of our opposition groups, we should also perhaps take a moment to reflect on whether or not we're being helpful to The Cause.
This should particularly be the case with those of us who've taken it upon ourselves to oppose the regime in Asmara by being active writers in the media.

We all know that there's such a thing as a weapon of mass destruction, a deadly force that can wipe out humankind within a short time span. We should be equally mindful that the deadliest of all weapons is the written word. If deployed recklessly, it has the power to menace society and wreak havoc.
Conversely, the written word could also be a weapon of mass construction, a potent force that could heal and unite, educate and support, inform and inspire.
To that end, it's high time for those of us in the media to take a look at ourselves, to reflect on our practices, to ask whether we have been assets or liabilities, uniters or dividers? Are we planting the seeds of democracy or we’re poisoning them.

No worthwhile media outlet would publish any news item without checking the veracity of the same item from the opposite side, a standard operating procedure in the newsroom.
We Eritreans should take pride in the fact that we have a culture that goes way back before the Western media developed an evenhanded approach to reporting. Indeed, we all grew up hearing that oft-repeated saying, "ዘረባ ክልተ ከይሰማዕካ ኣይትፍረድ,” meaning, “Do not judge before hearing from the two sides.”
Sadly -- and much to the detriment of our struggle -- we do not seem to have adhered to this true-and-tried practice bequeathed by our forefathers and foremothers.
Whenever we report or write grandiose and sweeping commentary, where do we get our information from? Who are our sources? Do we, for instance, talk to all parties in our opposition or we have a tendency to take sides, to whisper to specific groups and/or individuals?
No matter how seemingly minor a given issue, presenting only one side of the story is irresponsible, to say the least. In the case of Eritrea and its sensitive political conditions, it's divisive and downright destructive.

ቤት ጽሕፈት ጉዳያት መንእሰያት ሰደህኤ እቲ ሰልፊ ካብ ዝተመስረተሉ ዕለት ኣትሒዙ፣ ርእሱ ዝኸኣለ ቤት ጽሕፈትን፣ ኣብ ፈጻሚት ኣካል እውን ከይተረፈ ናቱ መንበር ዘለዎ፣ ብቁዋም ሰልፍን፣ ብውሳነታት ጉባኤን ማእከላይ ባይቶ ሰልፍን ተማእዚዙ ዝዓዪ፣ ንትግባረ ተልእኾ መደባቱን ዕማማቱን ብዝምልከት ድማ ናይ ገዛእ ርእሱ ውሽጣዊ ናይ ኣሰራርሓ መምሪሕታት ተኸቲሉ ዝነጥፍ ኣካል ሰልፊ እዩ።
ኣተኩሮ ናይዚ ቤት ጽሕፈትዚ ኣባላት ሰልፊ ንዝኾኑ መንእሰያት ጥራሕ ኣብ ምሕብሓብን ምሕያልን ዝተደረተ ኣይኮነን። ኣብ ክንድኡ ኣብ ሊዕሊ ኩሉ ኤርትራዊ መንእሰይን ኤርትራዊ ሃዋህውን ዘንቀዓደ ፖሊስን ራእን ኣለዎ።
ዕላማ ቤት ጽሕፈት ጉዳያት መንእሰያት እምበኣር ኣብ እዋን ሃገራዊ ቃልሲ ንደሞክራስያዊ ለውጢ ኮነ፣ ኣብ ድሕሪ ምርግጋጽ ሓርነት ንዝጽበየና ዘሎ ምህናጽ ሃገርን ምምላስ ኤርትራዊ ክብርታትናን ባህልታትናን ኣብ ሓድነት ልዑላውነት ህዝብን መሬትን ብዝተደኮነ ጥርናፈ፣ ንኹሉ ሃገራውን ውልቃውን ጉዳያቱ ብግቡእ ንምምላስ ስነ-ፍልጠታውን ኪኢላውን ሓይሊ ዝደለበን፣ ንክቡር ልማዳቱን ባህልታቱን እንዳወረሰን እንዳኣውረሰን ዝተኻኻእ መንእሰይ ከምዝህሉ ምግባር እዩ።
ነዚ ሰፊሕን ሃገራዊውን ዕላማዚ ክውን ንምግባር ድማ ቤት ጽሕፈት መንእሰያት ሰልፊ ዝተፈላለዩ መደባት ሓንጺጹ ንትግባረኦም ብዘለዎ ዓቅሚ ክጽዕር ጸኒሑን ኣሎን።
ንኩነታት መንእሰያትና ኣብ ውሽጢ ሃገር ኣብ ኢድ ምልኪ፣ ኣብ ጉዕዞ ስደት ኣብ ዝተፈላለዩ ሃገራትን፣ ኣብ ውሑስ ዝኾነ ቦታታትን ማለት ኣብ ክፋላት ቀዳማይ ዓለም በጺሖም ንዘለዉን፣ ኣብ ወጻኢ ተወሊዶም ዝዓብዩ ንዘለዉ ኤርትራውያን መንእሰያትን ብሓፈሻን በቢውልቅን ንምፍላጥ ቀንድን መበገስን ካብ መደባት ናይዚ ቤት ጽሕፈት እዚ እዩ።
ናይ ሎሚ ኤርትራዊ መንእሰይ ድማ ኣብ ትምህርትን ምርምርን ምህዞን ተጸሚዱ ፍልጠታዊን ቁጠባውን ሓይሉ ንኸደልድልን፣ ኣብ ዝማሞቈ ሕቁፊ ወለዱን ሕብረተሰቡን ዓብዩ ንክቡር ኤርትራዊ ልማዳቱን ባህልታቱን ንኽወርስ ዕድል ዘይረኸበ መንእስይ እዩ። ካብ ጨቋኒ ስርዓት ህግድፍ፣ ከምልጡ ክብሉ ኣብ ኢድ ዝተፈላለዩ ኢሰብኣውያን ጉጅለታትን ዝርከቡን፣ ኣብ ናይ ስደት መንገዶም ህይወቶም ኣብ ሓደጋ ስለዝተሳጠሐን፣ ሰብኣዊ ክብረታቶም ስለዝተነፍገን ህጹጽ ናይ ድሕነት ሓገዝ ዘድልዮም መንእሰያት ከምዘለዉናውን ተገንዚብና ኣሎና።

ብሓቂ ስደት ዲና ክንብሎ እዚ ናይዚ እዋን ዋሕዚ? ኣይፋሉን፣ ከምቲ ኣምነስቲ ኢንተርናሽናል ዝበሎ እታ ሃገር ናብ ዓቢ ቤት ማእሰርቲ እያ ተቐይራ ስለዚ እንኳዕ መዋጽኦ ፈጠረሎም ነቶም ተሪፎም ዘለዉ አንታይ እዩ ጠንቂ መጽኒሒኦም ኢና ክንብል ዘሎና ዶስ…..
እንተኾነ ግን ካብ ዐደቦኦም ናብ ሰላማዊ ናብርኦም ይወጹ ስለዘለዉ ስደት ምዃኑ ኣይተረፎን። እሞኸ ደኣ እንታይ እዩ ጠንቁ እንተኢልና፣ ናጽነት ዘይምህላው- ኤርትራዊ ኣብ ዓዱ ብሰላም ወፊሩ ብሰላም ናብ ቤቱ ክምለስ ተሓሪማቶ፣ ፍጹም ምልኪ ነጊሱ ፍትሒ በሪሱ ይርከብ። እዛ ሃገርና ንብላ ኤርትራ ቅድሚ ለውጢ ናይ 1991 ህዝባ ነቲ ሰላምን ራህዋን ቅሳነትን ከምጽኣልና እዩ ዝብሎ ዝነበረ ብረታዊ ቃልሲ ብሃንቀውታን ትስፉው መንፈስን ይጽበዮ ነበረ። እንተኾነ ግን እቲ ኣብ 1991 ዝተራእየ ለውጢ ኣሽንካይዶ እቲ ሃንቀውትኡን ተስፍኡን ክዉን ኪኸውን ካብቲ ኣብ ዘበነ ደርጊ ዝነበሮ ኩነታት ዘይሕይሽ ኩነታት እዩ መጽእዩዎ። እኳ ደኣ ናብ ዝገደደ ፍጹም ሰብኣዊ መሰሉን ሰብኣውነቱን ምግሃስ ዝተቆረነ ምልኪ ተኸተተ።
እዚ ዘሎ ስርዓት ነቲ ህዝባዊ ዲሞክራስያዊ ምዕባለ ዕሽሽ ብምባል ሕዝቢ ዕለትዊ መነባብሮኡ ብሰላም ከይመርሕ ኣብ ውግእን ዘይርጉእ ህይወትን ኣዐንዚሩ እቲ ምልካዊ ስርዓቱ ኣብ ምንዋሕ ይርከብ። ስርዓት ኢሰያስ ዘሎ ጸጋ ሃገር ኣብቶም ንዑኡ መሲሎምን ተማእዚዞም ዝኸዱን ነቲ እኩይ ተግባራቱ ዘፈጽሙን ተረባሕቲ ብምግባር ንህዝቢ ኣብ ምብስባስን መነባብሮኡ ገልታዕታዕ ኣብ ምባል ደይመደይ አሉ ተትሓሒዝዎ ይርከብ። እቲ ናይ ወዲ ሰብ መሰረት ምዕባለ ዝኾነ ቅዋም ብፍጹም ኣይተተግበረን ከምኡ ድማ ዜጋታት ዝተፈላልየ ፖሊቲካዊ ኣረኣእያኦም ዝገልጹለን ፖለቲካውያን ውድባት ኣብታ ሃገር ባይታ ተኸልኪለን ይርከባ። ምርጫ ዝበሃል ዘይሕሰብ እዩ። መጋበሪያ ስርዓት ኢሰያስ ዝኾናን ዕምሪ ምልኩ ኣብ ምንዋሕ ካብ ዝጥቀመለን ትልማታት እታ ብኽረምታዊ ማእቶት ትፍለጥ መደብ ትሕተ ዕድመ ቆልዑ ኣብ እዋን ክራማት ካብ ስድርኦም ፈሊኻ ኣብ ፍቆዶ ጎላጉል ምክልባትን ምምዝማዝን፣ ከም`ኡውን እታ 1991/1995 ዝተኣወጀት ብሃገራዊ ኣገልግሎት አትፍለጥ መደብ ሃገራዊ ጊልያነት ክርቁሓ ይኽእላ።

ኣገደስቲ ረቃሒታት
መንግስቲ
ኣብ ኤርትራ ዘሎ መንግስቲ ብህዝቢ ዝተመርጸ፣ ካብ ህዝቢ ዝወጸ፣ ንህዝቢ ዘገልግል ኣይኮነን። እቲ መንግስቲ እንኮ ውልቀ መላኺ ኢሰያስ ኣፈወርቂ እዩ። ኩሉ መዓልታዊ ኣብታ ሃገር ዝግበር ምንቅስቃሳት ካብ ማንካ ክሳዕ ጭልፋ ንሱ ኢዱ ከንብረላ ኣለዎ። ከምቲ ኣማኑኤል ሳህለ ተጋደልትን ህዝብን ማይን ዘይትን ኮይኖም ዝበሎ ስርዓት ውልቀ-መላኺ ኢሳያስን ህዝቢ ኤርትራን ዘይትን ማይን እዮም። ንይምሰል ካቢነ ብስማውያን ሚኒስተራት ዝቆመት ኣላ፣ እንተኾነ ግን እታ ገባሪትን ሓዳጊትን ቤት ጽሕፈት ፕረዚደንት ዝብልዋ እያ። ባጀት ብወከልቲ ህዝቢ ጸዲቁ ኣይፈልጥን። ባጀት ከምቲ መብዛሕትኡ ሰብ ዝርድኦ ብዛዕባ ቁጽሪ ዘይኮነ ዲሞክራስያዊ ከይዲ እዩ። ስርዓት ኢሰያስ እትው ካብ ዝብል ጀሚሩ ብባጀት ሰሪሑ ኣይፈልጥን። መንግስታዊ መግለጽታት ኮነ ውሳነታት ካብ ቤት ጽሕፈት ፕረዚደንት ይወጹ። ኣብ ኤርትራ መንግስቲ ኣሎ ክትብል ኣዝዩ እዩ ዘጸግም። እቶም ስላሴ ኣካላት መንግስቲ ኣብ ሓደ ኣካል ተገቢቶም ንህዝቢ ተሓታትነት ዘይብሉ ኣሰራርሓ እዩ ዘሎ። ውልቀ መላኺ ኢሰያስ ኣብ ኩሉ ኣሎ፣ ኩሉ ይከኣሎ፣ ኩሉ ከኣ ኪፈልጦ ኣለዎ። ትካላዊ ኣሰራርሓ ዝበሃል የልቦን።
እንተኾነ ግን ውልቀ-መላኺ ኢሰያስ ንህዝቢ ኤርትራ ከም ህዝቡ ወገኑ ሓሲብዎ ኣይፈልጥን። ውልቀ-መላኺ ኢሳያስ ንህዝቢ ኤርትራ ገና እግሩ ከይኣተወ ብጊሓቱ ድኻ ህዝቢ ካብ ድኻ መንግስቲ እንታይ ይጽበዩ፣ ላምባ ክንወርደሎም ቀዳም ቀዳም በጊዕ ክንሓርደሎም ኢሉ ዘቃናጸበ፣ ንስንኩላን ሓንቂቅኩም፣ ንመንእሰያት ድማ ማዳ ሃገር ኢሉ ዝዘልፍ ብኢደ ወነኑ ስልጣን ገቢቱ ዘሎ ብዱዕ ምኩሕ ሰብ እዩ።
ካብ ደባይ ተዋጋአቲ ናብ ደባይ መንግስቲ
ጃንዳ ስርዓት ውልቀ-መላኺ ኢሰያስ ሃገራዊ ረብሓ ኮነ ንህዝቢ ውሕስነት ኣብ ምሃብ ዘይኮነ ዝሰርሕ ነቲ ውልቀ መላኺ ዕምሩ ዝነውሓሉ ረብሓታቶም ዝስስነሉ እዩ። እዚ ብምኻኑ ከኣ እዩ ድማ ኣብ ናይ 1998-2000 ኩናት ኢትዮ- ኤርትራ ርብዒ መሬት ኤርትራ እሞ ድማ ዳርጋ ብሙሉኡ ዝሕረስ ስቡሕ መሬት ከም ኡውን ልዕሊ ሓደ ሚልዮን ዚኣክሉ ዜጋታት ካብ መነባብርኦም ተመዛቢሎም ከለዉ ውልቀ መላኺ ኢሰያስ ኣብ ክንዲ ስልጣነይ ኣረኪበ ኣለኹ ዝብል ነቲ መጋበርይኡ ዝኾነ የማነ ገብረኣብ ብምልኣኽ ሕጂውን ኣድላይ እንተኾይኑ ናብ ሳሕል ከነዝልቅ ኢና ዝበለ። መንግስቲ ዝኣክል ዶ ህዝቡ ኣብ ሓደጋ ራሕሪሑ የዝልቅ እዩ?
ስርዓት ውልቀ-መላኺ ኢሰያስ ንኤርትራዊ መንእሰይ ስራሕ ክፈጥረሉ ኣይርአን እንትርፎ ክምዝምዞ። እዚ ብምኻኑ እዩ ድማ ዝተጸንዐ መደብ ኣብ ዘየልቦ መንእሰይ ንሃገራዊ ኣገልግሎት ክወፍር ዝተገብረ። እታ ሓንቲ ዕላማ ነቲ ሽቅለት ኣልቦ መንእሰይ ካብ ከተማታት ኣውጺእካ ኣብ ትሕቲ ቁጽጽርካ ምእታው። ክንዮ አዚ ድማ ከም ጊልያ ጉልበቱ መዝሚዝካ ማሕፉዳ እታ ጃንዳ ምህጣር እዩ። ኣብ 1991-1993 መንእሰይ ብወለንተን ኡ ተበጊሱ ኣብ ምዕዋት ረፈረንዱም ኮነ ካልእ ረብሓ ህዝብን ሃገርን ዘለዎም መደባት ተሳቲፉ። እንተኾነ ግን ኢሳያስ መጀመርያ እዚ ሚኒስትሪታት ብ ኢደ ዋኒነን ዝሃባኹም ባጀላታት ከም መንግስቲ ከም ኣገልግሎት ኣይሓቦን እዩ ኢሉ ከብቅዕ ናይ መንእሰያት ተቃውሞ ምስተቃልሐ ኣብ ውሽጢ ሰሙን ሓሳቡ ቐይሩ ኣብ ሲነማ ካፒቶል መንእሰያት ኣኪቡ ከሞግስ ዝተሰምዐ።
ሃገራዊ ኣገልግሎት ነቲ ስርዓት ተደራራቢ ረብሓ አዩ ዘለዎ። ሓደው ጉልበት መስእሰይ መዝሚዝካ ሃብቲ ምድላብ፣ ካልኣይ ድማ እቲ ዝመረሮ መንእሰይ ሃጽ ኢሉ ናብ ስደቱ ንምምራሕ ይንውንዎ። እሞ ዝስደድ ደኣ ክሳራ እንድዩ ነቲ ስርዓት ይበሃል ይከውን እንተኾነ ግን መኽሰብ እዩ። እቲ መንታይሲ እቲ መንግስቲ ነቲ መንእሰይ ካብ ስራሕ ምፍጣር ዘሎ ገድሊ ይገላገል ኣሎ፣ ካልኣይ አቲ ዝተሰደደ መንእሰይ ንስድራ ቤቱ ይጠውር ኣሎ፣ ሳልሳይ እቲ ዝተሰደ መንእሰይ 2% ክኸፍል እዩ፣ ራብዓይ እቲ ዝተሰደደ መንእሰይ ዶላር ሒዙ መጽዩ ኽሕሽሽ እዩ (ብምኻኑ እዩ ድማ ጣዕሳ መሊእኩም ክትኣትዉ ትኽእሉ ዝበለ) ነቲ መዛንኡ ድማ ናይ ምስዳድ መንፈስ ከስርጸሉ እዩ። ውልቀ-መላኺ ኢሰያስ እምበኣር ብዕሊ ኣይኹን እምበር እቲ መስርሕ ስደት ከም መናውሒ ዕምሪ ምልኩ ብስዉር ከምዝሰርሓሉ ኣየማትእን። ሰለዝኾነ ከኣ እዩ ጀነራላት ኣብ ስግረ ዶብ ተዋፊሮም ሃብቲ ክድልቡ ዝረኣዩ።
ናይ 1998-2000 ኩናት ኢትዮ- ኤርትራ ኣብ 2000 ምስ ኣብቀዐ ኣገልግሎት ንኸይጣየስ ትርጉምን ዕላማን ዘይብሉ ሰራዊት ኣብ በረኻታት ኣስፊርካ ንምቁጽጻር ወፍሪ ዋርሳይ ይከኣሎ ዝብል መደብ ከምቲ ኣምባስሳዶር ኣድሓኖም ዝበሎ ወፍሪ ባርነት ኣወጀ። እዚ ከኣ ነቲ ተጣይሱ ናብ ሰለማዊ መነባብሮኡ ዝምለስ መንእሰይ ኣብቲ ዘሎ ብልሽው ኣሰራርሓ ከምጽኦም ዝኽእል መዘዛት ኣምኪንካ ዕምሪ ስልጣንካ ምንዋሕ ዝተማሕዘ ፍሕሶ እዩ።
ህዝቢ
ኣብዚ እዋን እዚ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ምረት ሕሰም ናብራ ኣብ ዝለዓለ ጠርዙ ይርከብ። ህዝቢ ዕለተ እንጀርኡ ከይምእርር፣ ሓሪሱ ከይበልዕ ጃንዳ ውልቀ-መላኺ ኢሰያስ ዓቢዩ ንኡሱ ኩሉ ብረት ኣዕጢቑ ጊልያ ጌርዎ ይርከብ። እንተኾነ ግን ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ንደቁ ኣንጻር ውልቀ-መላኺ ኢሰያስ ክለዓል ኣየታባብዐን። ብኣንጻሩ እኳ ደኣ ገንሽል ውልቀ መላኺ ክኾኑ መሪቁ ድሒሩ ድማ ኣግዲዑ ኣፋነዎም። ካብ ምጅማር ናይ 1998-2000 ኢትዮ-ኤርትራ ኩናት ወለዲ ነቲ ብኩናትን ሕሰም ናብራ ውትህድርናን ተማሪሩ ሩፍታ ክረክብ ኢሉ ናብ ቤቱ ዝተመልሰ መንእሰይ ኣብ ክንዲ ይኣክል ሕጅስ ከርፋሕ ናብራ ውትህድርናን በረኻን ተልዓሉ ደኣ ኣንጻር አዚ ውልቀ-መላኺ ኣደዳ እዚ ኩሉ ሕሰም ናብራ ጌሩኩም ዘሎ ምባል እንታይ ደኣ ቦታኻ ኣይትምለስን ዲኻ ከይተለክመና ከይተእስረና ቦታኻ ኪድ ተባሂሉ። ብፍላይ ኣዴታት ምስ ኣምልኮ ዝዳረግ ምስቲ መንግስቲ ምድንጋጽ ዝተራእየሉ ኩነታት እዩ ኔሩ።
መንእሰይ ኤርትራ ድሕሪ 1991 ኣብ ነጻ ሃገር ኣሎና ካብ ምባል እቲ ደሞክራስያዊ መሰሉ ንምጥቃም ንፖሊሲ መንግስቲ ብምቅዋም ሰላማዊ ሰልፊ ከገብር ጀመረ። ንኣብነት ብመንእሰያት ዝተበገሰ ሰላማዊ ሰልፊ ንዕቃበታት ኣዋጅ ኤርትራዊ ዜግነት ኣብ 1992 ኣብ ኣስመራ ተኻየደ። ኣብቲ እዋን ኮማንዶ ዝበሃሉ ኣሃዱ ክድርዑን ክድከሩን ዓገብ ኣይበለን። ብድሕሪኡ ድማ ብሰራዊት ብፍላይ ድማ ኣሃዱ ከቢድ ብረት ዝተበግሰ ዕቃበታት ኣካይዳ መንግስቲ ከምኡውን እምብይታ ንምዝመዛ ነጻ ጉልበት ተጋደልቲ ዝቃወም ምንቅስቃስ ኣብ ኣስመራ ንዘሎዓዓሎ ናዕቢ ናይ ጉንበት 1993 ህዝቢ ብዕሊ ኣይደገፎን ኣይተጸንበሮንውን ገሊኡ ድማ “ውራይ ክዝርጉ” ጸጊቦም እናበለ ክዘልፍን ከነኣእስን ተሰምዐ። ህዝቢ ውልቀ መላኺ ኢሳያስ ደቁ መመንጢሉ ንከረምታዊ ማአቶት ኮነ፣ ንኣገልግሎት ዋላውን ንኩናት ክወስደሉ ከሎ ድኻ መንግስቲ ደኣ ካብ ድኻ ህዝቢ እንታይ ይጽበ ኢሉ እምብለይ ደቀይ ኣብ ሑቅፈይ ክብልውን ኣይተራእየን።
መንእሰያት
ተሰካም ናይዚ ኩሉ ሕሰምን መከራን ኮይኑ ከም ጊልያ ዘገልግል ዘሎ መንእሰይ ነብሱ ካብ ጊልያነት ንምግልጋልን ሕሰም ናብራ ንምቅንጣጥን ዘላቶ ኣማራጺት እግሩ ኣብ ዝመርሓቶ ናብ ስደት እያ። እንተኾነ ግን ኣብ ስደት ሰላም ኣብዝረኸበሉ እዋን እቲ ዝሓለፎ ሕሰምን መከራን ረሲዑ ነቶም ኣብ ጊልያነት ዝገደፎም ብጾቱ ዝገላገልሉ ብልሓት ካብ ምንዳይ ዓዲ ውዒሉ ይርከብ። ካብዞም ኣማኢት ኣሽሓት ዝተሰደዱ ኣብ ኤርትራ ዘሎ ሕሰም ንመርማሪት ኮሚሽን ግህሰት ሰብ ኣዊ መሰላት ኣብ ኤርትራ ምስክርነቶም ዝሃቡ ኣዝዮም ውሑዳት እዮም። ንዓድና ክንምለስ ንደሊ ኢና እንታይ ኣእተወና ዝብሉ ከም ኡውን ተበዲሎም ከልዉ በዲልና ኢና መቅጻዕቲ ኣብ ዝባንና ኢሎም ናይ ጣዕሳ ፎርም መሊኦም ኣብታ ኣስመራ ከይዶም ጥውይ ጥውይ ዝብሉውን ኣይተሳእኑን። እዚ ከኣ ነቲ ኣብ ዓዲ ዘሎ መንእሰይ ኣብ ክንዲ ንለውጢ ዘበግሶ ንስደት ምምራሕ እዩ ዝደፋፍኦ።

እዘን ተጠቂሰን ዘለዋ ኣካል ናይቲ ሕብረተሰብ ኣብቲ ጠንቂ ቀጥታዊ ኢድ እኳ ተዘይብለን ነቲ ኣብ ኤርትራ ዘሎ ውልቀ-መላኺ ስርዓት ኣብ ምእላይ ዝገብሮኦ ኣስተዋጽኦ ኣዝዩ ውሑድ ብምዃኑ ብኢድ ኣዙር ተራ ኣለወን። ኣባላት እቲ ስርዓት ብዝተዓጻጸፈ ኣብ ዝጉስጉስሉን ንዓለም ዋጭ ዋጭ ኣብ ዝብሉሉን እዋን ነዚ ናይ ሓሶት ዋጭዋጮም ኣብ ምዕባስ ዝግበር ጻዕርታት ኣዝዩ ኣዝዩ ኣሰካፊ እዩ። ማሕበረ ሰብ ዓለም ብፍላይ ድማ ውድብ ሕቡራት ሃገራት እቲ ዕዮ ገዛና ትዓሞ ኣላ ምባልውን ምግናን ኣይኮነን። ኣዳኸርቲ እቲ ስርዓት ኣብ ኤሮጳን ኣመሪካን ክዕንድሩ ምርኣይ እቲ ስርዓት ዕምሩ ኣብ ምንዋሕ ዓቢ ተራ ኣለዎ።

ሳዕቤናት ከይዲ ስደት
ሳዕቤናት ከይዲ ስደት ኣብ ሕብረተሰብና ሰብኣውን ንዋታውን ክሳራታት የጠቃልል። ኣብዘን ዝሓለፋ 15/16 ዓመታት ኣብ ታሪኽ ስደት ኤርትራዊ ንኽትኣምኖ ዘጸግምን ኤርትራውነትካ ዘጽልእን ኩናታት እዩ ሓሊፉ። ካብ ኣማኢት ኣሽሓት ከፊልካ ስግረ-ዶብ ክሳዕ ተዘልዚልካ ውሽጣዊ ኣካላት ተጋሕጊሕካ ምድርባይ ዝተራእየሉ እዋን አዩ።
እቲ መስደመም ከይዲ ኣብ ኤርትራ ዝጅመር ኮይኑ ዶብ ንኽትሰግር ኣሽሓት ከፊልካ ህይወትካ ኣብ ኢድካ ሒዝካያ ምጉዓዝ እዩ። እቶም ብስግረ-ዶብ ናብ ስደት ዘምርሕሑ ከጋጥሞም ዝኺእል ሕማቅ ኩነታት ንምጥቃስ ድራር ጥይት ናይ ኣሃዱ ምክትታል ዶባት ምኻን፣ ወይ ተጨዊኻ ከም ባሮት ምሻጥ ምልዋጥ፣ ብሰራዊት ተታሒዝካ ኣብ ኢድ ሓለፍቲ ናይቲ ምልካዊ ስርዓት ብምውዳቅ ትሕቲ መሬት፣ ኣብ ኮንተይነራት ምሕያር። ኣብ መገዲ ሊብያ ድማ ኣብ ሃፈጽ ዝብል ምድረበዳ ሰሃራ ህይወቶ ምሕላፍ፣ኣብ ማእከላይ ባሕሪ ድማ ድራር ዓሳ ኮንካ ምትራፍ። ኣብ ብሲናይ ዘጋጥሙ ኩነታት ድማ ገዚፍ ገንዘባዊ ጠለብ ካብ ጨወይቲ፣ ምዝልዛል ናውቲ ከብዲ ንምሻጥ፣ ኣብ ዶብ እስራኤል ብሓለዋ ዶብ ምስሪ ምቕታል ኮይኑ ኣብ እስራኤል ከም ስደተኛታት ምዕንጋል ዘይኮነ ከም ዶብ በዘይሕጋዊ መገዲ ዝጠሓሰ ተቆጺርካ ምሕያርን ናብ ሃገራት ኣፍሪቃ ምጥራዝን የጠቃልሉ።
መፍትሒታቱ
እታ ሓንትን ዘይተማትእን መፍትሒ ንምግታእ ዋሕዚ ኤርትራዊ ናብ ስደት ምልኪ ኣፍሪስካ ሕጊ ምንጋስ እያ። እዚ ከኣ ንውልቀ-መላኺ ኢሰያስ ካብ ስልጣኑ ብምእላይ ግህዶ ይኸውን። እንተኾነ ግን ካብቶም ረቃሒታት ናይቶም ጠንቅታት ተበጊስና ብተናጸል ምቅራፎም ውን ካልእ ኣማራጺ መፍትሒ ክኸውን ይኽእል። ደረጃ ንቅሓት ሕዝቢ ክብ ብምባል ህዝቢ ወዲብካ ኣንጻር እቲ ዘሎ ምልኪ ምልዕዓል። እዚ ሰራዊት ከምኡውን ዲያስፖራ የጠቃልል።

ካብ መላእ ጨናፍራት ሰልፊ ደሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ሃገራት ኤውሮጳ ዝተወከሉ ኣባላት ዝተሳትፍዎ ጉባኤ ዞባ ኤውሮጳ ብዕለት 11/08/2016 ንሁር ናይ ቃልሲ መንፈስ ኣብ ዝዓሰሎ ”ትካላዊ ኣስራርሓን ዲሞክራስያዊ ተመክሮን ንምሕያል ንቃለስ” ኣብ ትሕቲ ዝብል ጭርሖ ተኻይዱ። እዚ ንፈስቲቫል 2016 ኣብ ዝተዳለወሉ ኣዳራሽ ዝተኻየደ ጉባኤዚ፡ ኣብ ግዚያት እቲ ብርክት ዝበሉ ምሁራት ኤርትራውያን መጽናዕትታቶም ዘቕረብሉ፡ ኣብ መንጎ ተቓለስቲ ውድባት ሓድ-ሕድ ምትእምማን ንምፍጣር ንክዓዝዝ ብሰልፊ ደሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ዝተዳለወ ዋዕላ ብምንባሩ ብኣወንታዊ ጽልዋን ኣታባባዒ ፍናን ቃልስን ተስፋን ዝህብ ተሓጊዙ ኢዩ።
3ይ ጉባኤ ዞባ ኤውሮጳ፡ ብኣቦመንበር ኣሰናዳኢት ሽማግለ፡ ብናይ እንቋዕ ደሓን መጻእኩም ቃል ተኸፊቱ። ምልኣተ-ጉባኤ ከም ዝተረኽበ፡ ድሕሪ ምርግጋጽ ድማ፡ ኣቦ መንበር ዞባ ሽማግለ ኢውሮጳ፡ ብስም መሳርሕቱ ንጉባኤ ሓጺር መግለጺ ኣቕረበ። ኣብ መግለጺኡ ድማ፡ ንካባና ዝተፈልዩ ገዳይም ተቃለስቲ ሓብትና ጻዕዳ.... ስዉእ ኣልኣዛር ቀለተን ክብሪ ናይ ሓደ ደቒቅ ሕልናዊ ዝኽሪ ገይሩ ። ቀጺሉ ኣብ ጉዕዞ ሽማግለ ብዙሕ ኣሳልጦታት ከምዝተጨበጡ እናኣመልከተ ጉባኤ ብዕቱብ ከስተብህለሎምን ክቃለሰሎምን ዘለዎም ዕንቅፋታት ከም ዝነበሩ ውን ኣመልኪቱ።
ካብዚ ቀጺሉ ሓላፊ ቤት ጽሕፈት ውድባዊ ጉዳያት፡ ሓው ተስፋይ ወልደሚካኤ (ደጊጋ) መሳጥን መሃርን መግለጺ ንጉባኤኛ ኣቕሪቡ። ኣገዳስነት ዞባ ኤውሮጳ ኣብ ፖለቲካውን ቁጠባውን ሂወት ሰልፊ ወትሩ ዕዙዝ ከምዝኾነን፡ ነቲ ከነዐዉቶ ዘሎና ዕላማ ከነዐዉት ክቕጽልን ክሓንን ከምዝግባእ ኣዘኻኺሩ። ከምቲ መሪሕ ጭርሖ ጉባኤኹም ዝብሎ ዘሎ ጌና ዝስራሕ ከም ዘሎና ስለ ዝሕብር ኣብ ኩሉ ትካላዊ ጽፍሒታት ሰደህኤ.፡ ንጉባኤታት ከም መሳርሒ ዲሞክራስያዊ መስርሕና ከምዝኾነ ኣርእዩ። ኣብ ብቅዋም ዝተወሰነሎም ግዜ ክካየዱ ዝግባእ ምዃኑ ኣረዲኡ። ኩሉ ጉድለታትናን ምልኣታትና ብዘይ ንሓፍነት እንበሃለሎም ክኾኑን፡ ኩሉ ርስሓትና እንሓጽበሎምን ጸሪና ብሓደ ሓዲሽ መንፈስ እንወጸሎምን ክኾኑ ስለ ዘለዎም ጉባኤኹም ውን ነዚ መሲሉ ክወጽእ ዘሎኒ ተስፋ ወሰን የብሉን ብማለት ዘረባኡ ደምዲሙ።
ኣብ ምምራሕ ዝነበረት ዞባ ሽማግለ ሙሉእ ጸብጻባ ድሕሪ ምቕራባ፡ ጉባኤኛ ንስራሓት ጉባኤ እተማሓድር ሰክረታርያ ካብ ውሽጡ መሪጹ። እዛ ብሓው ዓንደጼን ግርማይ እትምራሕ ሰክረታርያ ጉባኤ ዝምረሓሉ ቅጥዒታት ኣውጺኣ ንጉባኤ ብጽፉፍ ትካላዊ ኣገባብ መሪሓቶ።

ጉባኤኛ፡ ንዝቐረበሉ ጸብጻብ ሽማግለ ዞባ ገለ ምእራማት ብምግባር ከም ዘለዎ ተቐቢልዎ። ሽማግለ ዞባ ንኹሉ ኣብ ጉዕዞኣ ዝነበሩ ሓጎጽጎጻት ሰጊራ ንዞባ ናብ ጉባኤ ምብጻሓ ተሞጒሳ። ኣቀራርባ ጸብጻብ ሽማግለ ብሩህን ግዜ ዘየባኽንን ኮይኑ ምቕራቡ ውን፡ ጉባኤ ኣብ ልዕሊ ዝነበረት ሽማግለ ዞባ ዘለዎ ናእዳ ኣመዝጊቡ።

ብመጀመርታ ኣብ ፈስቲቫል 2016 ንኽንሳተፍ ዝገበርኩምልና ዕድመ ብስመይን ብስም ተበግሶ ማሕበር ደቂ-ኣንስትዮ ኤርትራ ኣብ ጀርመንን ብስም መርበብ ደቂ ኣንስትዮ ኤርትራ ንኣሰናዳኢት ሽማግለ ፈስቲቫል እንዳ ኣመስገንኩ፡ ልባዊ ሰላምታይ የቕርብ። እንቛዕ ከኣ ኣብዚ መኣዲ ዘተ ዝዓለመ ፈስቲቫልዚ ብሰላም ኣራኸበና እናበልኩ፡ ፈስቲቫልኩም ዕውት ኾይኑ፡ ንቃልሲ ዘዕጥቅን፡ ንፍትሕን ሰላምን ዝሕብር ክኸውን ትምኒትና ወሰን የብሉን።

ርግጽ እዩ ሽፍታ ዝጸበቀት ጓል ወይ ሰበይቲ ሽሞኛን ሰበይቲ ሓያልን ኣምጽ ኢለ ዝእዝዝ እዩ። ይብዛሕ ይውሓድ ድማ ኣብ በዓትታትን ጎዳጉድን ኮይኒ ፈራህ ብጽሞና ዝንቀሳቀስ እዩ። ነዚ ንምእላይ ከኣ ሓላፍነት መንግስትን ደቂ-ዓድን ዩ። ኣብ መላእ ሃገር ብመዓልቲ ይኩን ለይቲ ኣብ ቃልዕ ካብ ዝለዓሉ ሰበ ሰልጣን- ክሳብ ብሓላፍ መንገዲ ከትናሾን ክትዕመጽን ክትዝረፍን ትነብር ዘላ ኤርትራዊት። ተወሳኪ ውላዳ ተዘሚታ ናብርኣ ተሓሪማ ኣብ መሬት ኮላ ብገሃነብ ተበሊዓ ዘላ ብሰንኪ መላኪ ስርዓት ኤርትራ ድኣ እምበር ብናይ ገለ ሸፋቱ ሃገር ምሉእ ደም ኣይምነብዔን እዩ። ካብ መላኪ ሓይሊ ኣፋኩስካ ምግላጽ ንቃንዛ ደቂ-ኣንስትዮ ምንእኣስ እዩ። እዚ ራእይ ኣልቦ እዩ ጥቅመን ዘይኣነጸራ ደቂ-ኣንስትዮውን ኣብኡ ይሕምብሳ።

ኣብዚ እዋንዚ ከም ኤርትራውያን ብፍላይ ከኣ ከም ተቓወምቲ ኣብ ቅድሜና ዘሎ ቀዳማይ ዕማም ህዝብን ሃገርን ምድሓን ስለ ዝኾነ ኣዝዩ ከቢድ እዩ። ነዚ ከቢድ ሓላፍነት ናትና ኢልና ካብ እንርከቦ ነዊሕ ግዜ ኮይኑ ኣሎ። ዘመዝገብናዮ ውጽኢት ግና ምስ ንውሓት ዝወሰዶ ግዜን ክብደት ህጹጽነት ኩነታት ሃገርናን ዝመጣጠን ኣይኮነን። እቲ ዕማም ከቢድ ጥራይ ዘይኮነ ዝተሓላለኸን ናይ ኩልና እቶም ይምልከተና እዩ ኢልና ተተሓሒዝናዮ ዘለና ሓላፍነታዊ ዘይሕለል ኣበርክቶ ዝሓትት’ውን እዩ። ምእንቲ ኣብቲ ናይ ሓባር ሓላፍነት ናይ ሓባር ዓወት ከነምዝግብ ከኣ ተራኺብና ናብዚ ናይ ዓወት መንገዲ ዝመርሓና ናይ ሓባር ኣተሓሳስባ ከነጥርን ክንተኣማመንን ናይ ግድን እዩ። ናትና ምትእምማን ከምቲ ንዓና ፍቱን መፍትሒ ምዃኑ ንጸላኢና ጉጅለ ህግደፍ ግና ዘይምሕር መርዚ ምዃኑ ኣይንዘንግዕ።
ኩልና ከም ዘይንርሰዖ ኣብ ደንበ ተቓውሞ፡ ኣብ ነፍሲ ወከፍ ፖለቲካዊ ትካላትና ኮነ ኣብ መንጎ ትካላት ኣብ ዝግበር ዝምድና ዘለና ጸገማት ነዊሕ ዝርዝር ዘለዎ ምዃኑ ኣብ ብዙሕ ኣጋጣምታት ተዳህሲሱ እዩ። ነቲ ጸገማት ምድህሳስ ጥራይ ዘይኮነ ንምውጋዱ እውን ሓያሎ ግዜ ቃል ተኣትዩ እዩ። እንተኾነ ክሳብ ሕጂ እውን ኣይሰለጠን። እዚ ድማ ጸገምካ ምፍላጥ ሓደ ስጉምቲ ንቕድሚት እምበር ናይ መወዳእታ ፍታሕ ከምዘይኮነ ዘርኢ እዩ። ናይቲ ጸገማትና ኣብ ምፍታሕ ዘይምስላጥ ጠንቅታት ተባሂሎም ካብ ዝተነጸሩ ሓደ፡ ሕድሕድ ምትእምማን ክንሃንጽ ዘይምኽኣልና እዩ። ምትእምማን ምፍጣር ክሳብ ክንድዚ ወሳኒ ኮይኑ፡ ናይቶም ክተኣማመኑ ዝግበኦም ኣካላት ቅሩብነት እንተልዩ ከምቲ ከቢድ ኮይኑ ዝረኣየና ከቢድ ኣይኮነን። ስለዚ ከቢድ ዘይኮነ ጉዳይ ንምስጋር እዩ ጸጊሙና ዘሎ።
ምትእምማን ተመዓዳዲኻ ዘይኮነስ ነናትካ ሓሳብ ሒዝካ ተቐራሪብካ ብዝግበር ሓላፍነታዊ ዘተን እሂንምሂንን እዩ ዝህነጽ። ምትእምማን ምፍጣር ማለት ፍልልያት ብቕጽበት ኣወጊድካ ሓደ ኣካል ምዃን ማለት ዘይኮነ፡ ኣበይ ከም እተፋላለ ኣነጺርካን ወጊንካን፡ ኣብቲ እትሰማመዓሉ ብሓባር እትዋሰኣሉ ኣገባብ ምትላም እዩ። ኣብቲ ዝተለምካዮ ጸኒዕካ ብግሉጽነት ምጉዓዝ ከኣ ይሓትት። ኣብዚ ሓደ ቀንዲ ቁምነገር ኣሎ። ከምቲ ክትእመን እትደሊ ንካለኦት ክትኣምን ቅሩብ ምዃን።
ነዚ ወሳንነቱ ዝገለጽናዮ ምትእምማን ንምውሓስ ዘኽእል ናይ ሓባር ኣተሓሳስባ ንምጥራይ ዝተፈላለዩ መዋስኢ መድረኻት ምውዳብ የድሊ። ዋዕላ ሓደ ካብኡ እዩ። ሰልፊ ደሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ኣብ 10-12 ነሃሰ 2016 ኣብ ሃገር ጀርመን ፍራንክፈርት ዝወደቦ ዋዕላ ከኣ ከም ሓደ ካለኦት ውድባት’ውን ክስዕብዎ ዝግባእ ኣብነት ዝውሰድ እዩ። “ምህናጽ ምትእምማን” ዝብል ኣርእስቲ ምምራጹ ድማ ምስቲ ኣብዚ እዋን ኣብ ኩሉ ኩርነዓት “ምትእምማን ጠፊኡ” ዝብል መረረ ዝለዓለሉ ዘሎ እዋን ምዃኑ፡ ናይቲ ዋዕላን ዝሓዞ ዛዕባን እዋናውነት ብንጹር የርኢ። ምትእምማን ኣብ ውሱን ግዜ እሞ ድማ ካብቶም ኣብ ምህናጹ ግደ ዘለዎም ወገናት ዉስናት ጥራይ ብዝሳተፍዎ ዋዕላ ዝኽምታእ ኣይኮነን። ናይ ብዙሓት ተሳትፎ ዝሓትትን ኣብ መስርሕ ዝረጋገጽን እምበር ውሱን ርሕቀት ኬድካሉ ኣኺልዎ ዝበሃል ዕማም ኣይኮነን። ኣቦመንበር ሰደህኤ ኣቶ መንግስተኣብ ኣስመሮም ኣብ መኽፈቲ ናይዚ ዋዕላ “ምትእምማን ብመስርሕ ዝረጋገጽ ኣምር እምበር፡ ብሓደ ወርክሾፕ ወይ ብሓደ ርክብ፡ ወይ ብሓደ ውሳኔ ዝረጋገጽ ኣይኰነን።” ዝበለ እውን ካብዚ ሓቂ እዚ ነቒሉ እዩ። ሰልፊ ደሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ነዚ ጀሚርዎ ዘሎ ምትእምማን ናይ ምህናጽ ዓብይ ጉዳይ ዋዕላ ብምድላው ጥራይ ዘይኮነ ኣብ ዝረኸቦ ኣጋጣሚ ክጽዕተሉ እዩ።
ነዚ መሰረታዊ ዕማም ምህናጽ ምትእምማን ንምርጓድን ምዕማቝን ኣብ ተመኩሮ ቃልስና ነናቶም ብጽሒት ብዘለዎም ኤርትራውያን ምሁራት፡ ፖለቲከኛታትን ኣብ ዝተፈላለዩ መሰረታዊ ናይ መሰል ዛዕባታት ዝነጥፉን ዘቕረብዎም መጽናዕታዊ ጽሑፋት ኣዝዮም ጠቐምቲ ነይሮም። ካብዚ ሓሊፎም እዞም ጽሑፋት ንካለኦት ኣብ ቀጻሊ ኣብዚ ጉዳይዚ ክመራመሩን ከጽንዑን ዝደልዩ መንቀሊ ክኾኑ ዝኽእሉ ምንባሮም ከኣ ካልእ ንኣገዳስነት ናይዚ ዋዕላ ዘጉልሕ ጐኑ እዩ። እዚ ዋዕላ እዚ ንበይኑ ዝንጥልጠል ዘይኮነስ ናይቲ ዝሓለፈ ምትእምማን ናይ ምፍጣር ጻዕርታት መቐጸልታን ንመጻኢ ሰፋሕቲ ተመሳሰልቲ መድረኻት መንግዲ ዝጸርግን ተመላላእን እዩ።
